I spotted a pond of slightly murky water, and quickly rushed towards it. "What is I use this?" I wondered as I scooped the water into my hands. I hurried over to the body, and threw the water onto his face, clearing some of the mud. "C'mon buddy, stay with me." I said as I grabbed its arm. Groaning, the green body began to move and attempted to get up. "Conserve your energy, you need to lie here." I said as I tried to lay it back down against the stump. Grunting, it glared at me. I became paralyzed with fear, and its eyes appeared to be looking into my very existence, freezing my soul in place. Whimpering, I released my grip on the creatures arm, and scooted away about a yard or so. The figure stood, it didn't seem to be taller then I was, but it certainly was in worse condition then me. Its body was covered in more wounds then I previously expected. "That... was scary." I thought to myself as I recovered from the glare I just recieved. "What's that things problem? I just brought it back from unconsciousness, and it's mad at me." I said under my breath. I watched the green figure head towards a nearby bush covered in large, yellow berries. It proceeded to grab a berry in its unharmed hand and, with a grunt, crushed the berry in its grasp. "What the heck is it doing?" I asked myself. The figure then rubbed the juices onto its largest open wound. It let out a roar of pain and collapsed to the ground. "Hang on, green dude!" I shouted as I rushed over to the body. It was wincing and shuddering in pain. "Alright, listen to me this time. I'm taking you back to the log." I instructed as I picked up the body. All it could do was stare at me, fangs bared, but I ignored my feeling of fright due to my adrenaline hype. Laying the body against the log, I grabbed a thick piece of grass and tightly wrapped the wound on its arm to keep it from bleeding out. That's when i noticed that the large wound across its chest had already closed up. Not even a scar was left behind. "Wha-? I could've sworn you had a large cut here..." I said as I rubbed the area where the cut last was. Looking at his face to ask a question, I noticed his eyes were different. They appeared to be glowing a brilliant orange, almost like a fire. With a grunt, the green body shot skyward. The force of the leap knocked me backwards. "How in the hell?" I aksed myself as the body landed on a nearby tree limb. It looked good as new; no blood, no mud, no scars, nothing. It began to unwrap the arm I tied up. Dropping the grass I used to wrap the arm, it shot me a look. "Who are you?" It asked. I answered, "Really, I don't know. But, since we're on the subject, who are you? And how did you recover so quickly?" He held up another yellow berry. I didn't notice he had picked multiple. "With these." He answered as he threw it at me. I caught it, but barely, and inspected it further. The berry was bumpy, yet soft. It had a sour, yet comforting aroma. It was about the size of my palm. "You've never seen a Sitrus Berry before?" The figure asked from the limb on which it sat. I gave it a confused look. "A what berry?" It hopped down from the branch. "Sitrus. I said Sitrus Berry. Their juices have healing properties. Speaking of healing, I would like to thank you for waking me. I surely would have bled out if you hadn't come along." It walked over to me, and I stood up. I was right about my earlier guess, I was taller then it was, but barely. "I appologize for the Glare I used on you, but it was the only way I could make you release me without hurting you. He smiled as he said this. I took a step backwards. "I'm not going to kill you." He chuckled. "I don't even know you. Which reminds me, you asked who I was. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Sniven." He crossed his arms. "And who might you be?"
