Kauro and the rest are gathering around and reviewing their pictures from the previous outing. "It was a waste you werent there", Kauro sighed. "Dont you like us?", Reiko asked. "Why say that?", Shina gulped. "Coz you never hang out with us. And sometimes... even if you are here with us at school... your mind wonders somewhere else", Reiko explained. "Hey. Stop it. People have their own reasons", Kauro hushed Reiko. "Guys... you know..", Shina's voice cracked. She wanted to tell them badly. She wanted to report so much. But...she was so scared. Scared of rejection and to be mocked.

I dont want to be friends with someone as dirty as you.

"I just really have to study more. I need to get into a good school", Shina lied.

Underground Bar

Akio wasnt there that day. She worked as the usual waiter and pour some drinks. A customer tried to hit on her. "Ash", she whispered. A man in blue jacket passed by. He broke the customer's hand. "Ah... you were...", Shina covered her mouth afraid that Akio would see her talking to guys. She bowed and just left.

Present...

Mahiru is training with Licht in order to use his weapon well. "What kind of weapon did your previous eve have?", Mahiru asked while resting.

"Bow and arrow", Kuro answered while eating potato chips in his cat form.

"That's cool! Why do I get a broom?", Mahiru asked.

"She did that on her own", Hyde butted in.

Flashback...

Shina went home and cooked food. She cut her fingers and knelt on the ground. Ash in his cat form was drawn in the scent of the blood. The blood dripped on his lips as he lies beside her. He rushed to go outside the apartment and turned into his human form. A tatoo was engraved at Shina's shoulder. The contract was finally made final.

Sleepy Ash's POV

I was just planning to stay here until I finally get some news about the man C3 is talking about. Seems like this Akio is a sub-class of a servamp. I just dont know who's sub class he is.

Now I need to report to C3 and tell them about this accident. I finally told them and said that I should still keep tract of this person. I shouldnt attack without knowing anything. What a pain.

Shina's POV

Ash suddenly went out. I opened the door and saw a man in blue jacket standing in front of my door. "What do you want? Are you one of my father's workmate?", I asked. He's got really dark eyeliner. Is he on drugs or what? He was the one who helped me a while ago. "I am not you're father's workmate. I'm his enemy", the man answered. "Good thing you're not. And...why are you here?", I got the broom with me. He stepped closer so I got no choice but to stike him with the broom. He broke it with his one hand trying to stop me. 

"You're strong", I was startled that time. I closed the door and leaned on it. I closed my eyes and locked the door. Meanwhile, Ash went back with his fur covered with broom's leaves. I chuckled and carried him. His wounds amazing healed fast. "Let's go take a bath", I told him.

We both soaked at the tub. He's not a usual cat. He floated in the water using a mini floating board. "Ash, you wont believe what happened today. I met a guy on the bar and he saved me. I just feel guilty not being able thank him. You know what he's actually cute and he came a while ago. But then, I cant trust men", I splashed water on my face.

The Next Day

Grocery

Shina carried Ash on her bag. "If Ash will just eat potato chips, it wont be good for him. I need to buy him more milk", Shina smiled while picking on goods. "Shina!", Someone called to her. It was Reiko. "Are you with someone?", Reiko asked. "I'm alone. I'm buying supplies", Shina answered. "Want to go pick some guys? We're headed in a mixer. Come on. Boys will love you", Reiko winked. "Boys? Did I hear boys?", a sinister voice suddenly joined the conversation. "Akio?", Shina turned to him. "Address me as father. You silly", Akio rubbed her head. "Is he your father? He's cool", Reiko admired him. "Well little girl, my daughter wouldnt like hanging out with boys", Akio said. "Is that so? Then Mr. I'll be going", Reiko said. "Can I have your number so I will monitor whether my daughter is having some affairs", Akio smiled.

After a while, Reiko left. "Why are you here?", Shina asked. "That girl looks delicious. And plus I have her number", Akio had a sly smile. "Dont do it", Shina clenched her fist. "You cannot stop me", Akio left and dialed Reiko's number.

Shina texted Reiko.

Shina: Reiko. Where are you? Whatever my father tells you... dont meet with hin.

Reiko: dont be silly. I didnt know your father hits on high school girls. He's really hot.

Shina: Reiko. Where are you right now?

Reiko: We're inside a bar.

Shina dropped her grocery things and ran towards the underground bar.

She saw Reiko drinking with Akio. "Reiko, let's leave now", Shina approached her and grabbed her wrist. "Wait, Shina. I didnt know you have this kind of work. You work as a what... a hostess here?!", Reiko laughed. She was looking at photos collected from by Akio while serving. "You're getting the wrong idea", Shina tried to clarify. "I am just working here because I have to pay that man beside you. I have to buy my freedom back and also my mom", Shina said trying to convince her. "What a great liar you are. You're having Akio-san as a sugar daddy. I'm sorry but I'm more useful than you are", Reiko said as she got closer to Akio.
