chapter 10 -chase begins

-time leap, three weeks later-
Your pacing the scene of yet another vampire murder. Who ever it is, they're getting sloppy. The wounds that used to occur where very deep and well thought out, like a surgeon. However, these wound look careless, not to mention the amount of blood. At first you thought it was just a vampire feeding but now. . . Doesn't even seem like they are trying to drink the blood anymore.
Sebastian interrupts "my lady, is this still the same vampire cases" you almost forgot that you told them about it, luckily they didn't ask how you knew about vampires. You nod " it is but they're changing" sebastian face twists as he is confused by what you said. "It's just a theory but. . . I think at first this may have been a individual that's just been turned into a vampire. They were careful and delicate but thirsty and didn't feed for  long periods of time. This may have been so they wouldn't be caught and more time to be efficient." You pause as sebastian hangs on your every word.
" I think they have become obsessed with murder. They have become addicted to the adrenaline rush from the kill. As they have become addicted they Care less for feeding and delicacy.  It's almost as if they don't care if the get caught, they just keep killing more and more. The gap between each kill gets shorter"
Sebastian smiles as you finished your theory " my lady, that's a very good theory. Now we just need to find how who this person is" you both leave the scene to report back to the young lord.
On your way back you notice something strange rumbling around the ally. You tell sebastian to carry on as the young lord is waiting in a near by sweat shop.  As you give chase to what's moving in the ally, you turn into a white dove to not to be noticed.
