We all went home yesterday. It's snowing today, which is weird because it was warm outside yesterday. Warm enough were we slept with a small, thin blanket.

"I'm surprised we survived." I say to Dustin. "I'm surprised we didn't get hypothermia." He says.

"It wasn't that cold, and our clothes weren't wet from the rain."

"We were also in a cave. A very cold cave." He adds on. "We weren't even close to dieing." I assure. He rolls his eyes.

He picks up his drawing book and opens it. "Want to see what I was drawing?" He ask. "I saw wh-" he cuts me off. "No you didn't, I fell asleep way after you did, remember?"

I nod and he shows me a picture of me and him.

I smile and he flips the page to show me his other drawings

I smile and he flips the page to show me his other drawings.

One picture was of a dog eating a heart, another was a picture of Jackcepticeye and another was a picture of a girl with short hair looking into space.

"Who's that?" I ask. His expression goes sad for a moment. "My sister."

"We were in a car accident with our aunt. I was only 9. Me and my sister was twins." He starts. "Her name is Rebecca," I was about to ask that. "The car came flying out of nowhere and hit her and my aunts side of the car. My sister was in the back seat. I made it out with a scar."

"So they..." I stop talking. I just look down at the picture of the girl. I study the picture more. I didn't notice the people at the bottom of the picture.

"Did she love space?" I ask. That's such a stupid question. "Yeah, I remember some of- WAIT," he booms, "f-follow me."

"We are we going?" We run down the stairs and out the door in the cold. "Be back later, mom." Luckily I never take my jacket off.

We go to his house and up to his room. I sit on the bed and look around.

He has a desk in the corner of the room, a bed in the middle and a TV with a ps2 hooked up to it in front of the bed. I don't see a dresser, but I see a closet. He has pictures of him and his sister on his desk, and a shelf full of pictures and games and a shoe box that he takes down and brings to the bed.

"Look, I don't even know who this person is. But look at the picture more."

"It's Hayley." I say, I look through the other pictures, "Corey, Dominic, their all here."

"This isn't what she usually draws." He looks down. I keep looking through the pictures.

"I-I'm in here." I stutter. He grabs the picture from my hand. He was about to speak, but he stops himself.

I flip through the pictures again. I come across one that I didn't see before. It's a picture of the back of the cave we hang out at, the wall with writing on it. There's more writing and something in the corner.

"To the cave." I demand.

"What?" He says.

"Just go, I'll show you when we get there." We grab our bags and run out the door. We ride our bikes to the cave.

"Here," I shove the picture in his hands, "this is why we're here." We head to the back of the cave.

"Go to the place in the picture, I think you know where it is." I read aloud the writing. I pick the rock up and find a picture of an abandoned building.

"The west side of town, our old hang out spot." I point out. "We better go there." I say. Dustin agrees and we head out.

It takes us about an hour to get there on our bikes, but we made it. "Follow me, I know this area pretty well," I look around, "do you see that area over there?" I point at a spot behind a building. "Y-yeah."

"Well, that were the picture was taken." I say.

"Let's go check it out!" He says excitedly, I stop him.

"Wait, we don't know who or what could be there. Get your knife out, I'll also get mine." He agrees and we get out knives.

"Let's go." He says, I agree. We creep around the wall. I take a deep breath and turn the corner.

I'm horrified to see what was lieing there.

Dominic's dead body.

I call the police not even listing to Dustin.

"911, what's you emergency?"

"Help m-my friend is d-" Dustin takes the phone from me and hangs up.

"Look," he pauses, "I know he's dead, but you don't know anything about what happened, if you call they might think you did it."

"No, they won't I'm the one who's calling in."

"Really? We have our knifes out, Frisk. Don't you think that looks suspicious?"

"What the fuck, Dustin. Dominic's dead, I'm calling it in. There probably on their fucking way already, we could put our damn knives up before they get here. It ain't like they are covered in blood anyway. If you weren't to tired to look at the picture yesterday Dominic could still be alive." I my heart skips a beat after I realize what I say. "I-I'm sorry I shouldn't have blamed you, I was just-"

He cuts me off by kissing me. I must be blushing so hard right now.

I pull away from him. "I-I'm sorry I shouldn't have-"

"Don't be sorry, Dustin. Just give me my phone."

He gives me my phone and I call the police.

"Their on their way." I say as I hang up. There is an aquard silence between us.

"I'm really sorry for blaming you for Dominic's death." I break the silence.

"Don't be, we probably could of avoided it."

"No, we couldn't. It would happened anyway."

The police pull up with lights flashing and an ambulance.

"Behind here." An officer says. A detective goes to Dominic's corpse. "Death was over 24 hours ago, murdered." He says.

"I'll need to interview you kids." A female officer says to us. She leads us next to the cop car, she leans on it then speaks. "Did you do this?" She ask.

"No, ma'am."Dustin says. "Yes, we do have knives on us, but we didn't kill him. I promise you, me and Dominic have been friends since 3rd grade." I add.

"Okay, how 'bout you, kid?" I hate how she calls us kids.

"No, I didn't kill him. I was with her trying to find him. And yesterday we were in our hang out spot with at least four other people."

She writes down what we say on an yellow note pad. Then leaves.

I turn to Dominic. I can't get how he was laying there out of my mind. I can barely hear anything. I feel like I'm under water.

I see Dustin talking I just can't hear him. I turn away from him looking at the scene around me. Dominic's corpse laying there being observed by detectives, police looking for clues, Dustin trying to get my attention, the news people already here. Everything is so overwhelming.

I zone out. I have no idea what's going on. I forgot what happened in the past two hours. I zone back into reality when I feel Tess shaking me.

"Y-yeah, Tess what is it?" I ask.

"You zoned out there for a second. I know your not okay, neither am I. Dustin told me everything." She says. I don't reply. I don't say anything. I just stand there, looking at nothing.

Tess yells something. I don't hear her again. I see a doctor come close, right before the world fades black.
