Yoongi is late, and Jimin is definitely not upset about it.

Jimin runs the pads of his fingers over the immaculate and soft white comforter, eyes briefly glancing to look at himself in the large mirror on the wall before they drift over to the door.
It's late, and he's been waiting in this hotel room for several hours, sometimes just sitting there (this moment in particular fits into this category) and other times flicking through channels on the tv or scrolling through Twitter. But even now, Yoongi isn't here with him.
He's not bothered. At least, not by Yoongi. Maybe by the circumstances a little bit, but he knows he'd feel terrible if things would've happened any other way. He knows that when all is said and done, he just has to get over it.
The issue with the whole thing was that Yoongi's mother wanted him to be there for her birthday, and of course, Jimin would never want to stop from happening. It's just that the time and place Yoongi had had to leave from because of it is now making him very late, and Jimin had wanted to go out and do something fun with the little bit of free time they have before the convention tomorrow.
It's fine, though. They'll have plenty of time to have fun tomorrow. Being at YouTube conventions is always fun.
Nonetheless, he reaches for his phone and opens his messaging app.
jimin:
hey, are you close now?
He doesn't have to wait long for the answer. In fact, a bit unlike usual, he barely waits at all.
yoongs:
yeah
yoongs:
I'm sorry, I'll be there soon
yoongs:
I'm in a cab now so I won't be long
yoongs:
sorry
Jimin frowns. That kind of response is also pretty unusual for Yoongi.
jimin:
baaabe don't worry about it
jimin:
you know I'm not mad at you

I know
yoongs:
I'm not far tho, it's just the traffic
jimin:
I know, I believe you
jimin:
don't worry about it, okay?
jimin:
I am gonna go to sleep tho
jimin:
I'm kinda tired
jimin:
when you need to get in the room, just call me cause I'll keep my ringer on and the volume turned up
yoongs:
okay, sleep well
