"Tequila" Sarah shouted. She jumped from her chair and wiggled to the bar. Ally was sure the performance was for Tom who was sitting opposite her, he smiled but his eyes were still laced with sadness. Amy had kicked him in the heart hard and Ally couldn't see him moving on any time soon, she hoped she was wrong; Sarah and him would be good together.

It had been several weeks since her mum had broken her ankle which meant it had been several weeks since Tom had started to call her frequently to let out some of his frustration against his ex. Sarah had rung Ally early this morning and told her that she and Tom were coming down to visit. The first time Tom had text Ally, he had gone to her flat as well trying to find her but obviously she wasn't there. Sarah was the only person who hated Amy as much as Ally did and she found herself comforting a distraught Tom. The more sympathy she gave him the more he asked for. He was turning up to the flat at least every other day with another sob story but recently she felt he was on the verge on mending. When he was round they no longer talked about Amy and his heart break, instead they got to know each other. The more she got to know the more she wanted to know, which would just confuse her. She didn't understand how someone sane could like someone like Amy. There must be something wrong with him and she desperately wanted to talk to her best friend about it. When she mentioned to Tom that she was having a weekend at the beach, to catch up with Ally, he had jumped at the chance of coming down with her. She wasn't sure how she felt about that, maybe he liked her too.

"Ally, what do you think?" Tom pulled out a photo and placed in front of Ally. She noted that it was a sonogram.

"What the?" Ally exclaimed, too shocked that Amy could be pregnant. The world did not need another Amy Belling.

"I know. Apparently she's three months along and I don't even know if it's mine." He hung his head. "I don't want a child with Amy." He whispered, more to himself than anyone else.

"So what's the deal? Does she want you back?"

"Yes, but she say's that she doesn't want to break up with her new boyfriend either." Sarah came back to the table, balancing 3 lemons on their shot glasses, she placed them on the table and took her seat.

"Thats bullshit, she's just playing you."

"I know." He sighed. They each picked up their shots and covered their hands in salt. Lick, drink, suck. The lemon was refreshing and quickly masked the taste of tequila."I don't know what to do. If the kid is mine I don't want them to feel as if I abandoned them. That happened to me and it sucked." Ally picked up the sonogram and began to study it. The child didn't appear to have any horns.

"Wait, Amy's got a new boyfriend? You broke up, what like, two weeks ago?" Neither Tom nor Sarah replied, they didn't even look at her. Who the hell had Amy hooked up with?

"I don't know who he is." Tom finally replied and she knew instantly that he was lying. From Sarah's expression she guessed she also knew and then it hit her. They didn't want her to know. Arthur had moved on already and with the girl he had always sworn was nothing but a friend. Well, screw him. She got up and walked to the bar. She needed another drink.

Dylan watched Ally move to the bar, she looked upset. He heard a low whistle come from his friend, Grant, who stood besides him. His body clenched; he knew the whistle was aimed at Ally. He was also aware that she had been on the receiving end of his friends stares for the majority of the evening. As she ordered a drink, she studied a photo and even from here he could tell it was a sonogram. He dropped his gaze down to her stomach, she didn't look pregnant but that didn't mean that she wasn't. The barman brought her over a glass of wine and he watched as she took a large gulp. He sighed in relief: Ally would not drink if she was pregnant. As she turned to move back to her table she caught sight of him. She smiled and mouthed 'hi' before moving away.
