"Um...Alice? Why'd you throw the key to the other side of the room?" Jacob asked me. I couldn't help but to laugh. He really thinks I'm believing what he's saying. Well he's dead wrong.
"Jacob, you really think that I actually believe that you won't leave if I let you out of those chains? You're dead wrong." I laugh and then I walk out of the room. I go into the part of the house that I actually live in and begin searching the drawers for something very sharp.
Jacob's POV
She leaves the room. I begin to sweat. I really meant what I said. Why won't she believe me? I would never lie to her. I alway tried to help her. She just won't listen. Why won't she listen? She's making me pissed off now and ill do whatever I can to get out of here without giving her what she wants. Abuse.
James POV
I hear talking. What's going on? Does she have more people trapped here? I know Alice well an she would keep more people here. She's a complete psycho chick. I get how her past has been totally fucked up, but making me have to hurt her because she doesn't want to anymore, that's just too sick. I can't bare to do that.I see the door open. It's her. She's holding something behind her back. "Alice can't you let me go!?"
"No. I don't want to be left alone here. You all hate me. You might as well hurt me."
"JESUS CHRIST ALICE! WE DON'T HATE YOU! LET US GO PLEASE!"
"No! And you do hate me! I would let Jacob and Elizabeth go both before I let you go! You always made me cry! You didn't know that did you!? Well you did! You used to be so caring and I felt better, but now you hate me! You ingored me, always made me cry myself to sleep-" she collapses onto the ground and starts crying. I never knew I hurt her that bad.
"Alice, I'm sorry. I didn't realize that's how you felt."
"Oh James, it's too late for sorry." She takes out what's behind her back. It's a knife. But it's not just any knife. It's a butcher knife. All I want to know is where the hell did she find one of those?
She grabs my arm. She pulls my sleeve up. Then, she holds the knife above my arm. All I do is close my eyes and wait.
