{11} Celebrating Your Birth

The days are going by in a blur. But my happiness and love for my family remain the same. There are fights, there are tears, there are laughs, and there are cheers. My family is one of the best. If I'd lose only one, I'd lose my mind

"Today we are gathered here to celebrate the birth of my beautiful daughter and your Alpha Princess, Adaline Grace Spencer!" My father announces raising his glass up to me

Everyone in the pack howls and cheers joyously looking at me with adoration. I smile brightly at everyone giving a wave.

Today is my 18th birthday. The day I am technically considered an adult. But I know I won't be going anywhere outside this pack unless it's granted by my parents

"Over the years, I've learned so much by this beautiful woman that I am a better Alpha because of it. I know that life would be much differently if I didn't have my baby girl who was provided to me by my gorgeous mate..." Pa says looking amongst the pack with a look of pride on his face. "Adaline, I haven't been the most hardest on you growing up. And that's because you never gave me a reason to. I knew I never had to worry about where you were or who you were with because you made the right choices and you put family before anything else. I am proud to have watched you grow up and learn new things. Seeing the accomplishments you have had is what puts a smile on my face. You're so very special my love, and soon, you'll understand why" Pa finishes looking into my eyes.

I feel my heart swell at my fathers words. I stand in the middle of my family at the diner table which was in front of the other tables that held the members.

"Thank you Pa. I love you" I say with a smile, my vision clouding up with tears.

Pa smiles wide "And I love you my girl" he says, taking his seat he nods at Ma telling her to go ahead

Ma stands up tall and beautiful. Everyone in the pack just focuses solely on her because of the confidence and beauty that radiates off of her. I'm in a daze with my mum, even though it's my birthday

"18 years ago, I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl. The moment I held her in my arms I knew she was special. I was drawn to her even more.. it wasnt just because I was her mother. Just her little being Drew everyone around her closer. At the hospital, all the doctors and nurses wanted to be in the room to see Adaline and to hold her. Anyone who laid eyes on the beautiful little girl they fell in love.. just like the way Colton and I did" Ma says glancing all around the room her eyes finally coming to me, "Sweetheart.. words cannot describe how much I love you. From the day you were born I vowed to protect you with my life. You and your brother mean everything to me and Pa... I'm also very proud of the beautiful young woman you've become. You were in no rush to find a mate because you were just living life. Training to be the best, being with your family- and because you waited.. the moon goddess blessed you immensely with your mate. He's kind, loving, protective, he's everything I wanted for you to have my love. I know that you will live a great life with him and carry on the Alpha bloodline" she continues looking at Isaac who say beside me. Isaac smiles gratefully looking up at me. I can see in his eyes he was happy to be praised by my mum.

"I love you sweetheart. And I'm so thankful that you are my daughter" Ma finishes looking at me with a smile. I smile wide nodding

"I love you too Ma" I say, my heart was about to explode from overjoy. I sit down in my chair just as everyone start taking their turns saying what they wanted to say.
