Chapter 1

~Avengers~

The black widow sat with perfect posture, listening to carefully ever detail Fury spoke. He had received a tip about a group of terrorists forming, each had a specific set of skill sets. A file spun around landing on the desk in front of her.

Bored with hearing the same stuff over and over again Natasha scanned the room. Although she trusted most of these people it was always good to watch for danger.

Tony looked completely zoned out as he typed away on his little cellular device. Steve looked way to happy to be in this briefing, taking ever word Fury said to heart. Natasha rolled her eyes at that, he didn't always have to be so....peppy about everything, it was rather annoying. The thing that stood out as rather odd was that Fury had called Thor in. He wasn't normally at these briefings so she knew it was important. He stood there, unwilling to sit with his arms folded across him.

"These new group of villains are dangerous as you can tell by-"

Clint gave a small smile towards Nat, as her eyes caught his. He knew she would end up analyzing the room for it was in her nature. The black widow just shrugged it off as if not thinking anything about it. In her mind, Business always came first. Everything was about business, in their line of work one slip up, one emotional attachment found and everyone would die. Natasha's blue eyes left Clint's gaze, glimmering back down, to the dark blue file. 6 New Criminals, all found in places were destruction happened.

Superman, Batman, Wonder woman, Black Canary, Green arrow, Green Lantern.

Across the room Tony was sitting with his feet kicked up on the debriefing table. He had zoned out most of Fury's rambling or orders when he caught one of the names.

"Superman? He calls himself SUPERman?"

Tony couldn't help but chuckle at the name. He knew he was self obsessed but wasn't this a little much, the guy basically is calling himself awesome.

He looked down at the file before him and only bursted into laughed when seeing his outfit.

"I mean Steve's outfit is not even as bad of this. He has red under wear over his costume."

He ignore Steve's annoyed look, but this new criminal was a joke. He looked like the American Hero on crack or something. Tony wasn't buying into the fact this guy wasn't on steroids or something from his build.

"The only known identity is one of the Green Arrow, normally he would be found in a city named Starling but as of tomorrow..."

Tony say the screen flicker switching to a picture of Bruce Wayne and his business. All the news clips arose around it, he was hosting a party tomorrow night. Party? Now that's more like it Tony thought. A cocky grin appeared on his face for Oliver Queen was known

"The party, You think we'll find Queen at the party?"

"I think it's an excellent idea."

Steve chimed in. Thor only gave a slight nod agreeing to go through with it, and both assassin's just sat there. Tony figured they would do just about anything for the job so didn't wait for a reply by them.

"Let's party then."
