Chapter 6 Raven

Raven walked through the dark and empty streets with a fast pace, still having to be careful with the guards walking around. She didn't really have much else wear to go but figured anywhere else would be better than Gabriel's home, also having to keep in mind to keep Gabriel safe. A small shriek escaped Raven's lips as she felt two hands on her shoulders, grabbing her with a firm grasp. "What has you running around here, Miss?" Raven immediately recognized the voice and let a quivering breath escape her lips with relief. "Kali. How did you even find me?" Raven turned around to face one of the castle's guards, her favorite guard to be precise. Kali had been serving the castle even before she was born, so she had a lot of time to bond with him throughout the years. He was the one that made sure she stayed safe whenever she got herself in trouble. Kali grinned knowingly, "I know your hiding places by now, Miss. Now how about you get back to the castle with me?" His hands moved from Raven's shoulders to her arm, loosening his grip slightly but still making sure it was firm enough that she wouldn't be able to go anywhere. Raven sighed in defeat, "Fine. But only if you can get me to my room without my father knowing." She moved both arms behind her back so that Kali could cuff her. Kali moved his hand above her wrists, a thin, red robe forming from his hands and tying itself around her wrists. "Of course. Although I doubt your father would even notice now that they've captured a hunter." Kali spoke as he gave a soft nudge against Raven's back, forcing her to walk forward. "A hunter? Hell, it's been a while since we've had one of those in the castle. What's my father gonna do with him?" They kept on talking as Raven walked in front of Kali without any restraints, knowing Kali well enough to know how it would end if she did. Kali hummed in a thoughtful manner, "I wasn't there to see. But I'm sure torture will be on his plate." He spoke, getting to a stop as they arrived at the castle.
