Mr. & Mrs. Edwards!!!

Nathan's POV

" Pick one." My wife asked me.

" What?" I asked her.

" Here. Look at the cards." She said.

" What are you doing, love?" I got puzzled.

" I am doing magic so, I need a volunteer. You will be the one." She smiled. I sighed deeply. She is going to be 22 in a couple of days, but she is literally a kid.

" What kind of magic is that?" I asked.

" Very funny question, Babe. You have to wait to see that. I can't reveal it now. " she winked at me.

We were staying at Christos Villa tonight. It was 9:00 PM. We just have had our dinner and she was playing with the kids. Literally, 4 kids here. Ashley turning 18 in 2 months, Eon turning 10 in a few weeks, Edwin and Eleanor 18 months. They all are eagerly waiting for her so called magic.

I looked at her disbelief. Then shook my head. I smiled at her childish behavior. She glared at me.

" Can I ask you what is your problem, Mr. Edwards? " she was angry like hell. Well, she is stubborn and short temper. I smiled and nodded my head. Nothing.

" Speak up, Mr. Edwards. I don't understand your silent signals " she said coldly and I smiled again in her words.

" Nothing, Mrs. Edwards. There is no problem. " I pressed my lips together to stop me from laughing out loud.

" What is it now?" She asked me.

" Nothing, well show me the cards, I will pick one. "I said.

" No, I don't want you to be the volunteer anymore. I will manage, you keep smiling. Evil man." She said I laughed out loud this time. She sent death glare to me, I immediately stopped but kept smiling secretly.

" I can help you, Babe." I said .

" Thanks, Mr. Edwards. " She said twisting her lips.

" So, Mrs. Edwards is angry with me? " I asked.

" I am not. " She said.

" Oh, really? "I asked.

" Yeah, I have no time for this. " she turned to the kids.

" Tell me kids, have you any other choice as Mr. Edwards refuse to be the volunteer we have to change it. " I looked at her.

" I haven't refused. " I said.

" Same." She said.

" How come?" I asked her.

" Cause I said it." She said.

" OK, as you say." I said smilingly.

" Eon, come here." She called him. He literally ran to her.

" Yes?" He said.

" What is this?" She pointed a candy on her other hand.

" A candy?" Eon said hesitantly.

" Correct. Now I will show you the magic. " Every eyes were glued on her.

" OK, let me show it. I will do it now." She said.

" OK, show it. " He said.

" I have done the Magic and the candy in your pocket now, Eon" she said. I saw her hand still in a fist. What's going on?

" No, no, don't check this. I haven't shown my real magic still now" she said as Eon was going to check it.

" Now I have finished my magic and the candy has come back to me." She opened her fist and showed to everyone. Everyone sighed. I smiled at her. My wife is still a kid. They are called kiddies, it's just perfect name for them. I smiled.

She is no longer Ms. Christos now Mrs. Edwards but still stubborn.
