The Dinner and After

The boys were all talking to eachother about work and I was just listening

"Hey, how are you enjoying the dinner?" Niall whispered to me

"Ahh amazing, haha. I like listening to you guys." I told him

"So, do you have a job?" Niall asked me

"No, I like to take care of my sister, make sure she doesn't get sick." I said feeling a little sad

"Oh is she okay?" He asked sweetly

"I guess. She had leukemia when she was younger, but she's okay now. Were just hoping that it doesn't come back.." I told him

"I'm so sorry. I would love to meet her." Niall said

"Hey watcha guys talking about?" Harry asked me

"Nothing Haz, haha." Niall said knowing that I probably wouldnt want anyone to know

"You look beautiful today." Harry told me

"You look great yourself too, haha. Maybe you guys can all come to my house after, we can have a big sleepover!"

"YES!" Everyone screamed overhearing our conversation

"you snoops!" I yelled back

We all ordered our food and began to eat, there were alot of papparazis outside trying to get photos of us.

I was so glad that we did this, because the boys all seemed so happy.

*cling cling*

Cameron hit his fork against hid cup

"A toast to Ryland. For being the most beautiful girl we know, and or bringing all us guys together. We love you so much, even though we barely met you.

"To Ryland!" They all screamed

"OH MY GOSH, RYLAND IS THAT YOU!" I heard some snobby voice say behind me

I felt this pit in my stomach, oh my god.

I didn't turn around, I knew she would come up to us anyways.

Clarissa Bush...

When I was in ninth grade clarissa thought that it would be so fun to ruin my life. She told everyone really bad things about me and told everyone that I slept around with every guy. Of course everyone believed her, then she would ask everyone how someone could even like me because of how fat I was. My best friend even turned against me, one day I just saw her hanging out with clarissa and she never came back to me, she even started the guy I had a crush on since fourth grade, Cody.

"Hi Clarissa." I told her trying to seem nice

"And who are these boys?" She asked being all flirty, I knew right away that all the boys woul want her. She's absolutely perfect and I'm ugly

I stopped eating because of her, I went to rehab and I had to go away fromy sister when she was on her death bed. What if she died when I was in rehab? Lucy would have remembered me as a girl in rehab, and thats what killed me the most

All the guys got up to introduce themselves, even jack and Shawn...

They all couldn't stop staring at her, jack especially...

"Mind if I sit?" she said sweetly

"It would be our pleasure!" They all said excitingly

"so how do you guys know eachother?" Sam asked her

"Oh well a while ago, ryland stopped eating, and she was doing a lot of bad things and she wasn't there for her sister when she needed her the most, so I decided that I would help her. She can't do those things, ya know? She was about to hit rock bottom.." She said telling everyone lies

It hit me hard, it was all her fault, but obviously the guys believed her.

They all looked at me a little strangely, except for Louis.

I felt tears in my eyes.

"thank god for me, she really messed up. And all those boyfriends she had.. Just playing all of them." She said

Shawn, Jack, Sam, and Niall all looked at me angirly.

That's it I felt the tears coming down. Louis looked at me and got up, but I ran out as fast as I could.

"WHAT THE HELL GUYS!?!" I heard Louis yell at them as I ran out

I completely forgot about all the papparazi

"what's wrong?"

"do none of the boys like you?"

"who broke up with you?"

"who's that other girl in there with them?"

"do they like her better?"

All the remarks made me feel even worse.

I jumped into my car and began to drive as fast as I could. I was so scared that I was going to crash because I could barely see. I got home and ran to the stairs.

As I got to the last step my ankle buckled because of my heels. I fell down the stairs and landed on my knee in a wrong way.

"AHH!" I yelled because I saw something popping out of my leg, but I really couldn't see because my vision was beginning to blur.

I pulled out my phone at called Lucy

"hello?" she said

"Luc, help and bring Cole." I said and then I blacked out

*Lucys P.OV.*

I heard her stop talking after she said help. But I could hear a bit of breathing. I got worried so I told Cole to take me home.

We were walking and he began to ask me about Ryland, je even said she was really pretty.

As we got home I saw something on the ground on a puddle of blood.

" Oh my god! Lucy, Stay here and call 911, right now!" Cole said running to the stairs

*Coles P.O.V.*

I ran to her, she was on the ground laying a pool of blood.

Part of her bone was sticking out of her leg, she must have fallen down the stairs. She was unconscious.

I picked her up and put her in my lap.

"Ryland stay with me, it's Cole. Don't worry, they're coming I can here them." I said stroking her head.

Two paramedics ran up and grabbed her from me, they put her in the car and drove away.

"Cmon!" I grabbed Rylands purse and unlocked her car with her keys.

I began to race after the ambulance.

Lucy was crying and I felt so bad.

We got to the hospital and we both ran into the waiting room.

"excuse me, can you tell me what's happening to the miss that just came in?" I asked the doctor

"Oh, she going into surgery right now, she lost a lot of blood and hit er head very hard. If this surgery is successful then she wil live." the receptionist said

"oh shit." I said and my stomach began to hurt.

Rylands phone kept on going off so I decided to take it out. Some guys kept on texting her, I felt jealous.

I put down the phone so I could focus on Lucy.

I hope she makes it out of the surgery okay...
