"You're not very talkative are you?" Demi asked snapping me out of my thoughts about where I should get the dog washed, yeah productive day at work
"Oh sorry, did you need help with something?" I replied professionally maybe one days she'll learn how to take a hint hm?
"Not really, just want to talk, get to know each other y'know?" she said with a flirty grin
"No thanks, I'm working" I told her coldly not even making eye contact, I get I'm coming of as a bitch but I don't even care
"How about after work?" She askes still in the same flirty tine with the same flirty grin, jesus christ take a hint please
"I'd rather not" I told her stiffly before walking over to check on an old woman by the weights
I was hoping she woukd go back to her workout but with my luck she followed me, she tried talking again but I just talked to the old woman louder mainly because she had hearing problems and to drown out Demi
I went to walk back over to my seat but Demi grabbed my wrist and pukked me back causing me to hiss in pain
"Oh shit sorry, are you okay" she asked worridely trying to pull the sleeve of my jacket up
"It's fine" I lied, taking my arm back
"That didn't seem fine, what's up?"
"Look I don't want to be rude but I have literally just met you so stop worrying about me and just get back to whatever you were doing okay" I snapped, oh shit that wasn't mean to come out that bitchy
"I can't help it, yes I barely know you but why does that mean I can't care? At least give me a chance, you don't know me and you're turning me down with a second thought please one chance"
"Take the hint, I'm not interested" I hissed back before walking away to my seat
I looked back over at Demi who was standing in the same place looming down "What? Not used to being tuned down popstar?"I scoffed
She just glared at me as her eyes glazed over with tears, she picked up her phone and the empty bottle of water beofre turning and leaving the gym
Maybe that was a bit harsh, oh well can't go back in time, can I?
