Chapter 7

Lucy's pov

I went to my locker and got my things for the next class. I have my favorite class next, History. I sigh happily walking towards class

"Lu-chan!" I turn to see Levy running out of breath

"W-Wait *pant* for me... *pant* n-next time" she said panting

"Gomen Levy-chan" I smiled, rubbing my neck

"Let's just go to class"

I nodded and followed her into the classroom 'I wonder what class Zeref has?' I keep thinking about him. He is really different. Just thinking about him for some reason I begin to blush. When I went in I was greeted by the teacher. He's really nice to all his students

"Miss Heartfilia, Miss McGarden" he greeted with a smile

"Good afternoon, Mr. Yajima-san" me and Levy said in unison

When we turned to go to our seats I saw a dot of black in the back

"N-Nani!?" I yelled

It was Zeref. Then everyone in the class turned to look at me. Like I was crazy

"The nerd's here too, huh?" Gajeel asked from behind

"Don't do that, Gajeel!" Levy said punching his arm, he just 'Gihi' while she pouted

"No flirting in public" I teased walking towards my seat

"WE'RE NOT FLIRTING!" they yelled, blushing

"Come on, Levy" I grabbed her wrist "Since when is he in our class?" I asked

She just shrugged not looking at me and looked forward to pay attention to the class lesson

I couldn't concentrate and kept sneaking glances at Zeref. He looked concentreated and a serious face. Then he caught me with a smirk I looked away

Zeref pov

I was currently in History in the back when 'she' walked in. She looked surprised to see me before going to her seat. Class started and I started to pay attention but something caught my eye. It was 'her' the blonde girl sneaking glances at me. I looked at her and smirked making her look away with pink in her cheeks

*riiing*

"Ok, class, remeber your assignment for tomorrow. Class dismissed"

'Wait, what assignment?' Dang it, I wasn't paying attention

Lucy pov

As soon as the bell rang me and Levy stood up and left the room. Levy was saying something but my mind was elsewhere

"an... chan!... u-chan!!.... Lu-chan!!!"

"Huh? What?" I asked confused "Gomen, Levy, you were saying something?"

"I ask who are you gonna research for your assignment" she said

"What assignment?" I asked

"You weren't paying attention?!" she practically yelled

"Can you tell me what is was?" I asked with puppy dog eye

"Fine"

We were walking to our next class. When somebody tapped my shoulder. I turn to see Zeref

Levy pov

'Oh. My. God Zeref just came up to Lucy'

"Hey I was wondering if you knew what the assignment was? I kinda spaced out and didn't hear" he said

"I-I kinda spaced o-out... but my f-friend has it" Lucy was blushing turned to me, I wrote it down and gave it to him

"Arigatou!" he said and walked away

"Oh... my gosh. He just talked and smiled"

"Y-Yeah... let's go" Lucy dragged me with her

After school (Lucy pov)

As I was grabbing my things from my locker I felt an arm wrap around me. I knew who it was...

"Hey babe" the voice said, his hold getting tighter

"Hey Laxus, I thought you had practice, today"

"Coach let us go, since we need rest before the big game" he said "You're coming to the game right?"

"Of course, which is why I should be getting home and do my homework. So I don't have any this weekend"

"How about we go to my house. Gramps has been wanting to see you again, won't stop bugging me about it"

"Laxus-sama" a voice called out from down the hall

Standing their was Freed, Bickslow and Evergreen.

"Seems like your fanclub is waiting for you. I think I should go" I began to walk away when I felt him grab my wrist pulling me into a kiss

"I rather spend the day with you" he smiled, walking out the doors his arm around me, of course his fan group followed

"Laxus, are you seriously going home?" Ever whinned

"Yeah, I'm going home with my Girlfriend" he told her

"What about our plan to-" Bickslow was cut off by a glare from Laxus

"Well, talk about that later. Right now Gramps wants to see Lucy and she has homework to do. Meet later"

"Same place" Freed said, Laxus nodded

"What plan?" I asked

"Don't worry you pretty head about it" he kissed my forehead and we continued to walk to his place
