Home it is

Amy's POV
Finally the doctors let me go home, after being there for quite a while. I open the door to my home. Everything was basically the same, including a picture of us. When I go up to my room I see a bit of dust around the window and some of my decorations. I remember the dream I had while I was in a coma, the ending of it. I guess I had to restart living my life. My dad comes in and offers me some cereal he stole from my daddys favorite cereal box.
"Dad, you know he'll get mad right?" 
"That's why we aren't gonna tell him" He smiles and I just role my eyes with slight smile on my face.
"So how are you feeling? Better?" He looks concerned, I don't like seeing  my dad worried for me, I know they've been worried long enough. 
"Yeah, much better." I smile.
"Okay good, cause if not we would have to steal more special cereal. Also we might've had a Harry Potter marathon." He says while putting a blanket on me.
"We can still do that" We both laugh. He scruffles my hair and goes downstairs. I grab my kitty plushy and lay down on my bed and just try to relax for a bit.

Dan's POV
I serve myself a cup of coffee while Phil is upstairs with Amy, I hear some laughs. I had missed Amy, knowing she was okay and that she was upstairs, drawing or watching a series, comforting her when a book character dies, I had missed being a dad. I hear steps and see Phil with a bright smile on his face.
"She's happy then?" He nods.
"Yep, also we're having a Harry Potter marathon so I guess we'll have to delay editing the new DanandPhilGames video, haha at this rate people are gonna unsubscribe." Dan gives a slight smile and gives a sip of his coffee. 
"Eh, they can wait for two more days, I just gotta make sure that Amy is completely healthy and we are making her happy for the next couple of days." 
"I agree to that" Phil leaves to play some Undertale and I just stay in the kitchen thinking of what could've happened if I'd lost Amy. I remember this one time she stayed over at Phil's mum's and when we came back she had broken the flour bag and she was sitting on the floor while making a bigger mess. Or another time when Phil and me were playing a video game, I don't even remember which one, and Amy accidentally clicked the wrong button and erased all of my progress, I was so mad that day, she got grounded the whole weekend with no tv. Another time her tooth fell out in the middle of one of our tour shows and came out into the stage and just showed all of our fans her tooth. We do have many good times with Amy, but like any family we also have bad ones. When Amy got pushed off a bed by one of her cousins and broke her arm. Or when she got her first bad grade and she got grounded by Phil really reluctantly. Our life has not always been easy as sometimes we make it seem. I guess sometimes people forget Amy is like any other 15 year old, she has had sad days and terrible days, because even though we do our best to keep her as far away as we can from that, no matter how hard we try she will get hurt and have bad days where it seems nothing good can happen, and that's why we're here, to help her through those hard days full of tears. 
That's why we're here now, to help her get settled into her life after her coma, help her get back on her feet. I guess being alone with your thoughts isn't so bad after all.
