Recap: That was one weird girl that I could possibly meet, yet I did not know the other people I would soon to meet as well.

Well we did go shopping, all she did was window shop and talk nonstop. When as we neared the end of the mall we decided to stop by the food court. After we gotten out food and started eating, she asked a very strange question.

"So tell me Mia, are you scared of men?"

I wasn't paying any attention. I was just focused on how bad the oil tasted and hope it wouldn't bother my stomach.

"MIA!" Lilly exclaimed, Her eyes looked scary.

"I'm sorry, what did you want?"

"This is important. Now answer me truthfully and maybe I'll find you a man."

"Just ask the questions already, since you now have my attention."

"Are you single?" She starts, knowing most of the answers already.

"Yeah, you already know that." I say rolling my eyes.

"Have you ever been with a guy?"

"I didn't even have a boyfriend." I say annoyed on why she would ask something like that.

"That's sad Mia with your good looks. Just because you did not have a boyfriend, doesn't mean that you never did it."

"Why do you say that? There is no way I would just go out and do something like that. The only reason I didn't go out with them was because I couldn't tell if they were serious or not." I say trying to defend myself against her questions.

"Still, you should have had one by now."

"Maybe I didn't want one."

"I know, maybe you like girls instead." She says making a joke out of it.

"That's not what I meant."

"I know what you meant, anyway you know I was only joking. Eh, who is that over there?" She asks as her shocked face stares at something.

I looked at where she had her gaze, but I didn't see anyone that stood out. I keep scanning but I don't know what I am looking for.

"Who are you staring at?" I ask as I still try to find who she was looking at.

"He's gone, that was weird." She says looking relieved.

"What did he look like?"

"My old boyfriend." She says not answering my question.

"Are you trying to hook me up with him?" I ask a little suspicious.

"No, but I wanted you to see the man who he really is under his appearance."

"I do try to do that already." I say as I finish up my drink.

"You do?" She asks as we gather up our trash and throw it away. When we sit back down is when I answer her.

"You know jock and cheerleaders stereotypes? Well I hung out with them more than they did and they weren't anything like the stereotypes. Though I don't know why I really hung out with them, I really didn't fit in with them."

"Wow."

"Yeah, so when I hung out with them everyone thought that at least I was dating one of the guys behind their girlfriend's back. I told them that never happened, they just wanted me to admit my affection for this one guy I had a crush on."

"Talk about a fight waiting to happen." Lilly says as she waits for me to continue. She was too interested for my taste.

"I did get into a fight with one of them." I said looking away from her. I was too embarrassed.

"Really?"

"Yeah she wasn't a cheerleader though. She was a softball girl because I hung out with the people that the guys were dating."

"What happened? Tell me already, I need to know about the fight."

"Well: We argued, I broke her backpack, I hit her, she hit me back, did the time, I got rewarded like a hero, and everyone then knew the sort of person who she was." I say still embarrassed.

"Talk about a rude awakening." Lilly says amused.

"I know, I hated getting into that fight though."

I was about to say something else, when a stranger caught my eye. A person was standing by the restrooms, looks like he is asleep. I finished my sentence and ignored that person.

"Well, we ended up on decent terms and I Refused to have further contact with her. Something I should have done in the first place."

"I'm glad that you stood up for yourself," she says happily, "look at the time and boy am I tired."

"You do say the craziest things." I say shaking my head.

"Hey I'm me and you're you." She says laughing.

"Yeah, that's right." I agree as we get up to leave. I look back at the restrooms and see that the stranger is gone but I feel that he was watching us. I don't tell Lilly about it though.

Unknown POV

My contact didn't show. Man this blows, especially now that I'm back in town. So I decided to waste time at the mall. When I arrived there I went into store after store to find my taste in clothes. Well I did find my outfit and I can customize it to fit my style.

So I got hungry after I made my purchase. As I made way to the food court I found a candle store. So I bought one for my sister. She is always worried about me. Well I found a spot at the court and ate my pizza. That's when I notice two girls chatting away within hearing and visual range.

"That's sad Mia with your good looks. Just because you did not have a boyfriend, doesn't mean that you never did it."

"Why do you say that? There is no way I would just go out and do something like that. The only reason I didn't go out with them was because I couldn't tell if they were serious or not."

"Still, you should have had one by now."

"Maybe I didn't want one."

"I know, maybe you like girls instead."

"That's not what I meant."

"I know what you meant, anyway you know I was only joking."

That was really funny and it made me laugh. That girl is a prize if she didn't have a boyfriend by now. I blocked them out and started searching for my contact, when I think I seen him by the bathrooms. I finished my meal and rushed over, to see there was no one in sight. That figures, so I will wait around again. I leaned against the wall and just waited. Then I saw something out of the corner of my eye. One of the girls from earlier was staring at me. I wanted to meet her gaze, but she shrugged and continues her conversation with the other noisy girl. Maybe this wasn't a bad idea to come back to town.
