The Darkest Hour

*Alexandra's POV*
It was another rainy day on our way back to school. I however was not so thrilled in starting my fifth year. There was news that Voldemort..... yes, I've said his name. That Voldemort was on the move. Everybody was scurrying around like little ants on a busy morning trying to find food. I sighed as I looked out my compartment window. Everything looked so calm and peaceful as I continued to look out I noticed something quite strange. There was a weird cloak or something that look like a cloak gliding in mid air.
" What is that?" I mumbled to myself while trying to get a better look.
" Did you say something?" Said my best mate, Emily.
" N-no." I replied nervously. Then turning my head I quickly started a conversation so it wouldn't be so weird.
" Are you excited for this year?" I asked Emily
" Well... actually yes I am. Did you hear that there's suppose to be a new teacher?" She asked looking at me curiously. I shrugged.
" Don't worry. The new teacher is probably better than the other one." I said back secretly hoping I was right. But something was nagging me and telling me that I was wrong......
* Isabella's POV*
Can't they see that I clearly do not want to talk to them? I thought to myself. I sighed taking out a book and pretending to read it so that they'd get the right idea an leave my compartment. I didn't want to be seen around hanging with other houses. What would Draco think if he saw me with them? Probably sneer at me and question me to death. Everybody was so concerned that the dark Lord was coming back. I, however, wasn't phased at all. I actually was somewhat excited. I heard meowing and opened my basket.
" Sorry grimm!" I said catching my breath. I had completely forgotten that my cat was still in her carrier.
"Meow!!" Grimm protested.
" What? It's not my fault they won't let me have you out." I mumbled. Suddenly the door opened.
" There you are. We've been looking for you!" Said a familiar voice.
" Oh.. hello Draco." I said while putting Grimm back in the crate.
" We have some news to tell you." Draco said smirking...........
* Hades POV*
" Wow it really does look beautiful out there." I said sarcastically while my friends rolled there eyes.
" Yeah just brilliant." Said my friend, Jack.
" You two." Said Nico shaking his head cracking up. I smiled to myself thinking that going back to Hogwarts was going to be somewhat fun.
"Ugh my stomach needs some food right now." Groaned Jack saying it so it sounded like he was dying. We all started cracking up.
" Do you guys think any players would happen to be sick? I'm the only fill in for them and I was hoping I could play a lot more." I said while grinning.
" For the Quidditch team?" Nico asked.
" No... yes of course." I smirked back at him.
" I guess so." Nico replied back to me.
" Guys .... don't you think or is this just me that well I feel like this year is going to be pretty hard or different." Jack said while stuffing his face with food.
" Didn't really think of that one, mate." Nico said while picking up some food and eating it. Different? Hard? I wonder what Jack means. Oh well hopefully we can still have fun......
*Samuel's Pov*
" What news?" Said Isabella. I also wondered what Draco had up his sleeve.
" Well I was thinking that when the Dark Lord returns.... Damn! I've forgotten." He said cursing to himself. I tried to hide my smirk because it was actually pretty funny to see Draco act like this.
" There's no need to throw a tantrum, Malfoy. I'm sure it'll come back to you when you actually think of it." I said in a sneery voice that I didn't mean to say it in.
" What was that, Davies?" Malfoy sneered at me. I quickly tried to make a an escape.
" What I meant-" I began.
" He meant that you probably have a brilliant plan." Said Isabella saving me. I quick sent her a thank you. Malfoy never got angry at her. He was always confident around her.
" I'm sure that's what he meant." Said Malfoy glaring at me.
" Heyyy I'm just saying." I answered back shrugging and sitting down in the compartment.
" Let's go." Malfoy mumbled and left.
" Hey thanks for saving me." I said smiling.
" No problem." Isabella answered me while petting her cat. Isabella was actually really nice I said thinking to myself.....
*Jayde's POV*
I went flying into the seat across from me. Oof. Ow. What happened?
" Jayde are you ok?" Asked my worried friends.
" Yeah I'm ok. But is the train ok?" I asked back. The reason this happened is because the train stopped abruptly and sent me flying into the other seat.
" I'm sure it's fine." Said my one friend Amy, who was peering outside. Suddenly we heard people yelling and heard what sounded like a some sort of battle.
" This isn't good. Why would .... wait a minute. What if those are Death Eaters trying to find something or someone." I said nervously picking up my wand and getting ready for anything. I looked and saw the outline figure of Amy doing the same thing. All my friends were getting ready to fight what was coming at us. Suddenly we saw a hooded figure open our door. The figure was about to say a spell....
* Lorcan's POV*
The Death Eaters opened our door suddenly and pointed their wands at us. I slowly grabbed my wand making just little movements as possible.
" Where is he?!" One yelled at me.
" I have no clue who you're talking about." I answered back cooly trying to make it look like I was innocent.
" Yes you do know who I'm talking about!" He yelled and jabbed his wand into my chest. Where was my wand? Is it here? No... AHA! Found it. I gripped it tightly in my hands making sure it was safe.
" Look sorry mate I have no clue who you're talking about." I said shrugging.
" Then we must get answers..... CRU-" he began.
" EXPELLIARMUS!" I yelped because that was the only spell that popped into my head quickly. Really Lorcan? Expelliarmus? Oh well at least it slot rid of him.
" Protego!" I yelled as the Death Eaters sent spells flying at us. Well looks like I was going to get expelled. Oh well. Suddenly the door slammed shut and all the spells that the Death Eaters yelled bounced off harmlessly. I sat down sweating and looked at my friends who looked just as shocked.
" Well there gone now mates." I said calmly. I honestly didn't know who 'He' was but now it got me thinking......
*Kira's POV*
What was that? I suddenly heard yelling in the compartment next to my friends and I.
" Don' worry about it. I'm sure it's ok." Said my friend Grace.
" Let's keep our wants out to make sure." I answered back while firmly gripping my wand. I closed my eyes and what I didn't expect came into my brain. I saw a battle field but wait no it wasn't a battle field.... where was I? I suddenly felt myself levitate. Then I saw him. Voldemort. Was staring right into my face laughing his bizzare head off. What was this?
" Kira!? Snap out of it!" Said Grace. I opened my eyes and realized I was on the ground. What just happened?
* Maribel's POV*
"No no no you're getting it all wrong." Fred said shaking his head.
" So when we get to Hogwarts.... we're going to set off these?" I asked giving them their new invention which happened to be a firework.
" Yes that's exactly what we're thinking and you can do the usual part." George added while smirking.
" Yeah I know just stand there and distract them. I think it's a brilliant plan but we have to be careful." I said sitting back in my seat.
" Careful?" Fred said cracking up.
" Yeah will be careful alright." George laughed.
" There's a new teacher." I added.
" We've heard and hopefully they'll get use to us." Fred grinned. Suddenly I heard people come aboard the train. They opened the compartment door and pointed their wands at us. I grabbed my wand and pointed it back. The Death Eater was waiting for me to make a move.
" We haven't got all day, ya know." I said sarcastically to the Death Eater. I quickly looked over at Fred and George and saw that they had their wands out too.
"CRU-" The Death Eater began.
" Expelliarmus!" Yelled Fred, George, and I at the same time. I watched as the Death Eater went soaring at a blinding speed.
" What just happened." I mumbled to myself...

Hey guys! This is my first every big Potter fan fiction (: I hope you enjoy it and ill continue write a little bit here and there. I'm going to start on the next chapter right now. Some of you may not be in it because this was a lot! But ill just put you in the third chapter or so (: don't worry I won't leave you out!  Please tell me of something has to be fixed or so.
