Chapter Nine
Needy's Pov
i pace back and forth in Blaze's kitchen. flipping what happened ten hours ago in my head. ten hours. that's how long Blaze has been gone.
i stop pacing in front of April and say
"why the hell would you do this to Blaze April---what the heck came over you--dont you know who Blaze IS"
she frowns and says
"i told you already--me and Zach had this no strings attached relationship before he even meet her---last night was going to be our last night--i guess Blaze caught us".
Zach groans, from where he sits at the table and says
'i feel so stupid for doing this--i should of just told her everything--this wouldnt be happening right know".
he sighs and bangs his head down on the table and mumbles
"i just wish she'll understand".
suddenly the sound of the front door opening and slamming back shut makes us all look at the door leading to the living room.
Blaze slowly limps into the kitchen, her face pale, and let me tell you she did not look pretty. blood was all over her mouth, and blood was dripping off her blood covered hands.
its quiet for a minute. every one frozen in their spots until she gages and leans down coughing up a gallon of blood.
finally reacting i leap forward, wrapping my arms around her from the back, and we both tumble down onto the floor. my back slams into the wall and her back slams into my chest,knocking all of the air out of my lungs.
i quickly dismiss the pain as she begins to sob, no longer coughing and she leans back against me as she sobs, mumbling between then
"its not my blood---its not my blood".
i hold her tightly against me, the blood starting to get on me and i sh her as i say
"come on Blaze--its ok--its ok-not crying".
i stroke her hair and look up at Emily and say
"hurry--get Sarah over here".
she nods and quickly rushes out of the kitchen and Zach appears in front Blaze and he reaches out strokes her cheek as he softly says
"Blaze baby--what happened speak to me--please speak to me".
she takes a deep breathe, before gagging and starting to cough up blood again. i sigh and say
"Zach switch places--know".
he nods and i lift up a still gagging Blaze and he slips into my spot as i slip out. he wraps his arms around her and buries his nose in her neck shutting his eyes tightly.
i stand up and look to see April standing up, her eyes wide with fright, as she stares at Blaze. she looks up her eyes meeting mines and i say
"do you see what you caused April".
her mouth opens and closes as she stares at me and i start to walk to her as i say
"do you see what you made Blaze do--this---this is your fault April--and all because you where stupid--STUPID".
i reach forward grabbing her neck in my hand, moving forward as she backs into the sink. my grip on her neck tightens and i clenth my teeth together as she grips my wrist trying to pry off my hand. Zach says in back of me
"Needy-stop---its no use".
i tighten my grip and April gaspsfor air and i whisper dangerously
"do you see my friend sitting over there-COVERED IN BLOOD-and you wanna know the worst part--we dont know WHO'S FUCKING BLOOD IT IS".
