Worth The Risk

Chapter 6

Sharna and Val woke up a little hungover. The cast met downstairs for breakfast and talked about what they were doing over the next few days. Once they finished up it was time for Val and Sharna to head to the airport. They had a driver bring them. They got there and checked in with more than enough time to spare. They took some pictures with fans who recognized them and then made their way to the gate.

'Are we going to talk about last night?' Val asked taking a seat beside Sharna at their gate.

'There's nothing to really talk about. We kissed, I liked it you liked it I don't see why we have to talk about it.'

'Ok well I'm glad you liked it but, I don't know.... do you want it to continue?' Val wasn't good at this type of thing and Sharna knew it but she wanted him to get used to taking about his feelings and what he wanted to happen.

'You're so cute, of course I want it to keep going babe.' Sharna could see the relief on Val's face.

'Ok well that's good because me too.' Val smiled at her. He was never like this around girls. He was always the flirty one and the dominant one but around Sharna it was different.

An hour passed and their flight had gotten called. They made their way on the airplane and took their seats. Thankfully not at the back this time. The plane was pretty empty.

'Since there's no one in that row I'm going to go over here and sleep.' Val got up to collect his things and move. Sharna wouldn't tell him but she was a little disappointed.

'Oh ok.... I'll wake you up before we land.' She forced a smile. Val leaned down to give her a kiss and he knew there was something up.

'What's wrong babe?' He asked sitting in the edge of the seat.

'Nothing I'm fine.' She leaned in for a kiss but Val pulled back.

'You don't want me to go over there do you?' Val laughed and by Sharna's reaction he knew he was right. She just looked out the window and didn't answer him. Val turned her face round to look at him.

'You're adorable, I'll stay here.' Sharna smiled and kissed him. It still felt weird for both of them. They had to check to make sure no one was watching because they didn't want to tell anyone yet. They got comfortable and fell asleep for the whole journey.

When they landed they were met with a driver who was taking them to Maks and Peta's house. Thankfully it was only them two staying in their house so Val and Sharna would each have actual beds. They made it and Val stayed behind to get the bags while Sharna ran up to hug Peta.

'Petaaa, look at you oh my gosh.' Sharna hugged Peta as much as she could with a big bump in front of her.

'I'm ready for him to be here already.' Peta said while Sharna hugged Maks and Val made his way up with the bags. He hugged both Maks and Peta and they all made their way inside. Peta showed them upstairs to the rooms she had prepared for them.

'I prepared two separate rooms just in case but knowing you too I'm sure you'll just share one. I'll let you too get settled I think we're planning to go out for dinner tonight so feel free to join us.' Peta left them in the hallway. Val and Sharna stood looking at each other for a minute not really knowing what to do.

'What is happening, why are we embarrassed around each other.' Sharna laughed. It was as if they had just met each other.

'I don't know but do you want separate rooms or not?' He asked. He didn't but if Sharna did he would obviously respect that.

'Let me go put my bag at least in my room and we can talk about it in yours in a minute.' Val nodded and they went separate ways. Sharna sat on the bed for a little thinking. She and Val had cuddled before but it was always when one of them was upset like when Sharna's grandma died or when Val had broken up with a girlfriend it was never when the two of them had been a thing. She was nervous, she didn't want anything to ruin what they had going on. She decided it was time to make her way to Val's room. When she got there he was sitting on the bed scrolling through his phone. When he saw her he smiled and put his phone down.

'You done thinking about it?' He asked. Sharna took a spot beside him, both of them leaning against the wall.

'I don't think I'll ever been done thinking about it but I've made up my mind. I think I want to give it a shot...I mean only if you want to.' She said looking at him. They had never been like this around each other. They were always very adamant about what they wanted with each other.

'Of course I want it and if you change your mind don't be afraid to tell me.' He smiled at her. He was excited for them to be taking things more serious. Sharna leaned over and kissed him. This time there was tongue involved. Sharna climbed over to straddle Val's lap not breaking the kiss. It last for a few more minutes before Sharna pulled back.

'I think we should go join them downstairs now.' Sharna said giving him one last kiss before climbing off him. Val stood up along with her and grabbed her hand.

'Let's go then.'
