I went back to my room shortly after coming downstairs because Christian decided to be a prick again. He started asking questions, which was fine, and he tried to pry into my personal life and why I was homeless. That's when I started to get sensitive. When he asked about my family is when the screaming match started. I sat on the bed crossing my arms, fuming at the thought of the situation. I swear smoke was coming out of my ears. I stood, grabbed a towel, and got in the shower trying to relax. I let the warm water hit my body, my muscles no longer taut.

About an hour later I was out of the shower and no longer mad.  I wrapped the towel around my body and walked back into my room to find something to wear. I picked out a pair of yoga pant's, sports bra, and a loose sheer sweater to go overtop. I threw my damp hair in a messy bun, which I had perfected over the years. As soon as I sat down, I was interupted by the door swinging open. I jumped, obviously startled by the sudden action. Mrs. Parker was standing in the doorway sympathy in her glossy eyes.

"Jessalynn I didn't know you didn't have a place to stay, let alone you're homeless" she croaked out. I plucked a tissue from the box nearby, walking over to give it to her.

"It's ok really. I can leave if I'm a problem it's no big deal Tina" I suggested.

"No no no you, my dear, are staying here. This is now your room as long as you need it" She announced. I was taken aback by the generous offer she had given me.

"Wow thank you so much. I'll get a job and pay you a monthly rent" I tell her.

"Don't be rediculous! There's no need for that" she insists wiping her eyes, with the damp tissue,"Now I'll leave you to do whatever you want, dinner will be ready soon"

"Thank you again" I say, pulling the incredibly sweet woman into a hug. She squuezed back, rubbing my back as well. How is this woman even related to such a mean and sarcastic boy? Tina closed the door behind her, leaving me all alone in the very spacious room. Better start putting these clothes in the drawers I thought to myself.

I woke up the next morning on my floor. What the hell? I sat up, rubbing my eyes. "Look whos up"  I jump to my feet, seeing Sky and Ash sitting on my bed.

"Holy crap you guys scared me" I said, sighing,"What are you doing in my room?"

"Oh we all stopped by the house and we got bored" Ash said, shrugging.

"Well I'm glad waiting for me to wake up and scare the crap out of me was amusing to you" I sracastically say.

"See I told you she had balls" Sky said nodding. Something about her voice was different.

"Are you from England?" I asked her.

"Yeah, I'm glad you finally picked up on that" She remarked. I totally didn't notice until now. I took my hair out of the bun it was currently in, and let my hair fall down in it's natural state.

"I'm hungry" I frowned when my stomach growled rather loudly.

"Well it's time for lunch anyways" Sky said hopping of my bed and walking out the door, Ash following behind her. I walked out behind them and downstairs to the kitchen where everyone else was. I groaned at the sight of the rest of Christian's friends.

"Not excited to see us babe?" Asked Drayce smirking at me.

"It's not that, it's just that I look terrible" I complained, putting my head in my hands.

"Look pretty hot to me" Ty says, looking me up and down. I roll my eyes and walk to the island, positioned near the stove. I took a sandwhich from a plate, not caring what was in it. I bit into it, instantly satissfying my hunger. I quickly finished it and took a sip of a random cup.

"That's my cup, why the fuck are you drinking out of it?" I snapped my head towards that girl Blaze and shrugged.

"Sorry?" I said.

"Have it. I can't use it now" pure disgust rolls off her tongue. I finished the rest of the drink to mock her.

"Ah, refreshing" I whispered, a slight smirk playing on my face. The rest of the people in the kitchen laughed under ther breath obviously amused.

"Whatever" Blaze scoffed, rolling her eyes. Everyone's gaze turns to the sound of heavy footsteps from a hallway on the other side of the room. Christian walked out, his head down, hair messy, and in basketball shorts and a plain white tee. He looked up seeing all of us in his kitchen.

"Get out. Now" He snapped at them. They all filed out the frontdoor one by one, Ty got a little bit friendly on his way out by giving me a tap on my ass. I glared at him as he looked back smirking. After they all left I turned my attention to Christian. "Did you invite them over?" He asked me, his jaw clenching after he got it out.

"No! I thought you were up already!" I defended myself.

"Why don't I belive you?" He asked.

"I woke up on the floor with Ash and Sky siting on my bed!" I try to prove my innocence.

"Whatever, I'm done talking about it" He says running his hand through his hair in one swift movement.

"Geez, someone's a little bit grumpy" I laugh to myself, walking back to my room. I was in no way, shape, or form prepared for Christian to push me against the wall.

"Don't try that sarcastic shit with me" He raised his hand and I flinched ready for his hand to make contact with my face, but it didn't happen. I hesitantly opened my eyes to see him staring into my eyes, with both his hands on either side of my head. "You thought I was going to hurt you?" He asked with that stupid scowl still plastered on his face.

"Yeah" I whispered, all of a sudden scared of him.

"Look, I wasn't going to hit you Jess. I would never" He said, his features starting to soften a little bit. He must've seen me notice because his scowl returned to his face.

"Ok" I shortly said, rushing up the stairs afterwards. I got to my room and shut the door behind me, sliding down the back of it. I sighed deeply, going over what just happened downstairs.
