It was finally time.

Today was the second last of the trial's Ginny was supposed to be trialled today but she had gotten ill and therefore was not able to, she would be trialled the next day, all of the others had got what they deserved. Ron, Hermione and Molly all have faced their music and been given their final piece perform, however Albus Dumbledore still had his turn.

Hadrian thought that the man would have dignity coming into the room but he did not, he was basically being dragged into the room kicking and screaming like a child would. Hadrian was amused by this because it showed how weak the man truly was, but also shocked that the headmaster of a school would act so childish.

When the headmaster was placed in his seat in the middle of the room the judge spoke. "Albus Dumbledore, the list of wrongs you have done is unprecedented."

"I have done nothing wrong, all I did was for the greater good." Dumbledore said with a straight face, this showed that he truly believed that what he did has been for the good of everyone, while in fact it has only been to the good of himself.

"I am going to lose my breath after reading this. Albus Dumbledore you are charged with killing Lily and James then blaming it on someone else, you are charged with faking a prophecy that has gotten many killed, you are charged with locking Sirius Lupin-Black with no trial when he was innocent, you are charged with stealing Hadrian Malfoy-Riddle from the Malfoy when he was but a few months old, you are charged with stealing from Harry Potter, you are charged with child neglect and abuse by leaving Harry Potter in that environment, you are charged with paying people to be friends with Harry Potter, you are charged with intentionally placing Harry Potter in dangerous situations and you are charged with placing spells on Harry Potter, Dudley Dursley, Alastor Moody, Nymphadora Tonks and Arthur Weasley. How do you plead?" The judge asked, then took a few deep breaths to get his breathing back the way it should be.

"Not guilty." Dumbledore said, though the sparkle that is usually in the mans eyes was now gone.

"Very well, administer the truth serum." The judge ordered and everyone watched as it was done, even Albus Dumbledore would not be able to fight the potion he had just been given.

They all waited until Albus' eyes had clouded over and no emotions were on his face, before questions were asked. "Did you invent a fake prophecy to get the Potter's into hiding so you could kill them?" A woman from the crowd asked, she asked about the Potter's a lot, it made Hadrian wonder if she knew them.

"Yes I did, I could tell that they were turning to the dark and they wanted to give the Malfoy's back their child, so I made up that prophecy to keep them in place. I also did it because if people believed it then I would become even more famous then I already am." Dumbledore said with a straight face.

"Did you take Hadrian Malfoy from the Malfoy family when he was only a few months old?" The judge asked.

"Yes, I could sense that the boy was powerful and I wanted him to be on my side, with him by me I would be unstoppable. I used him and the fake prophecy to gain followers, even though I knew Tom was not bad I had to get rid of him." Dumbledore told them.

"Did you kill Lily and James Potter?" Hadrian asked, they may not have been his real parents but they did die to protect him, though just from a different monster then he thought about.

"Yes, they were turning dark and I had to stop the light losing anymore powerful people." Dumbledore said to the crowd.

"Did you place Sirius Black in Azkaban with no trial, while you knew he was innocent?" The judge said.

"Yes, he too was turning dark so I had to get rid of him, however he was too powerful to be killed so I had him locked up, I knew Peter Pettigrew was the one to betray Lily and James to the dark lord, even though that would have helped them. By the time Tom arrived they were both dead and I had taken Harry. If he had gone to trial they would see he was innocent." Dumbledore said, once more with a straight face.
