Chapter 1

Jade's POV

I woke up to the sound of my alarm buzzing and it was getting annoying.
Like, why won't it stop?

I switch it off and grab my phone; it's 5 am and I don't have to be at school till 7:30 but I feel like I've slept enough. I've always wanted to feel responsible and I could start now by getting up, making myself breakfast then get ready for school. Or I could lay here and text Justin or have him call me so we could talk until it was time to get up.

15 minutes have past and I've chosen to go with option 1 today. I'm only sixteen but it's never too early to start being responsible.

Egg sandwich with frankfurters can be really delicious when you know you made it yourself. My mom must have gone out because I don't hear any noises in her side of the house and at this time on a daily basis she would either just be leaving for her morning run around the mini- stadium or almost at the stadium already. And today I know she's already left.

I update my schedule, I had it planned to do my laundry when I got back from school. I sure hope I get around to it.

After having my sandwich along with my mint tea I chose my outfit for today.
Skinny ripped jeans and a red T-shirt. Red was my favorite colour so I had like ten red shirts of different styles.

I need to call Justin and have him pick me up in the next hour or so. He brings me to school almost everyday. Other days I'd either take the bus or let my mom take me. I'd get my license in about fourteen working days and start driving Kevin's old pick-up van for a few months.

I call my dad Kevin, it's really not a big deal to him as we have a great relationship now. I never really had him in my life till four years ago.

I thought I met him by chance and he and my mom got really close since he was always at the diner that my mom and I went to every Thursday and Friday for dinner. A few months after meeting Kevin they both sat me down and explain the situation. I already liked Kevin so accepting that he was my dad was really not a hard task.

I Call Justin while I walked to the bathroom. "Hey Babe" I liked the way he said babe, smiling to myself I responded.
"Hey, Uhm Good Morning" I'm nervous
"Are You Okay? You Seem A Lil Nervous. Did You Call To Tell Me What Time To Pick You Up?" Okay Justin knows me too well.
"Huh, Ya I'm Okay, Are You? And Yes Jay I Called To Tell You To Pick Me Up In The Next 40 Minutes Or So. Is That Okay With You?" okay this is going well today.
Justin laughs as if to say I knew it.
"I'm Okay If You Are, And Okay I'll Get Ready Now" "Oh And Listen Jade, I Love You And I'll See You Soon". He hangs up before I respond.

Justin was like the ultimate dream guy, and he's been tell telling me about his feelings toward me since my sixteenth birthday but as much as I knew the feelings were mutual I never really said it in return.

I Showered and got dressed. I made sure to make my bed today it was Monday and I felt responsible.

I heard a knocking on my room door and Justin popped up from behind it. He did this every time I called him over and he never hesitated to hug me either.

We were close but he had a girlfriend that treated him poorly and I hated that. Lucie was one reason I never told Justin I loved him. He was my best friend and I didn't want to ruin that.

We hugged and Justin grabbed my backpack.. In the car we spoke about random stuff until I felt Justin's hand on my thigh massaging the visible flesh Showing through one of the ripped patches of my jeans, it felt so good. I couldn't say stop because I really didn't want him to.

Why didn't he just leave Lucie and be with. That's what I wanted but Justin was just so loyal to her it made me mad. I just hoped one day he'd see that I'm here for him in anyways he wanted me to be. He just needed to speak less and do more.

A few days passed and Justin and I went on texting each other on a daily basis since he touched me that day. And yesterday I told him via messaging that 'I Loved Him Too'. He sent a smile emoji that I didn't see until this morning when I woke up,
Along with two other messages saying
'You Do? Let's Talk About This.' and "Jade? Are You Asleep?" And also five missed calls.

I texted him 'Good Morning' and today being a Saturday we would see each other in an hour or so.

I got myself cleaned up know today would be a long day but still very interesting and important to both of us.
Mom and Kevin left about an hour or so ago, so it would be just Justin and Jade today.

After about 50 minutes of getting back the house in an acceptable order I heard Justin pull up and soon enough a knock on the door.

I opened the door
"Hey" Is all I said, while I stopped and took in his appearance, He's never seemed more attractive to me.
"Hey You" He said and before I could say anything else Justin came in and pulled me into a warm hug and most surprisingly he kissed me so passionately it almost broke my heart. I love him I Knew This Now.
