"What do I tell Mark?" I groaned, realizing things aren't going to go over smoothly with him. "Once he notices Jack's acting weird, he'll immediately come to me and ask what's going on."

"I can pretend to be Jack," Anti suggested with a small shrug. "I have a lot more power over Jack at the moment and I know how he should act, although I may want to have a bit of fun every now and then. I can pretend to be Jack until you figure out how to make him normal while keeping me in existence."

"Okay," I nodded a bit, not being entirely for this idea after hearing Anti might want to have a little fun, but it's understandable; I'm the same way. I can't wait to learn more about Anti and his personality. "Shall we test out how Mark responds to you and see if he thinks it's Jack?"

"We shall," Anti giggled and I smiled a bit at how adorable he is and went to Mark's room, laying on his bed, so he'll think he just woke up. I let him take his body back after a minute to let Anti get in a casual position. He woke up and rubbed his eyes, but there wasn't any sleep in the corners to rub away and frowned a bit, but shrugged, searching the other side of the bed for Jack.

"Jack?" He called when he realized he wasn't in the room with him. He got out of bed and went into the living room, where Anti had masked his demonic features and was watching a show on the couch, a blanket wrapped around him, looking sleepy and adorable. "There you are. Whatcha watching?"

"Black Mirror on Netflix, I heard it was pretty good," Anti smiled and patted the spot beside him, gesturing for Mark to sit next to him, which he did and snuggled up to him. I figured Anti knew about the show from Jack's memories.

"I heard it was good too. Do you like it?" He asked and Anti let him get under the blanket with him. I could feel the heat coming off of his body and exchanging with Mark's as they cuddled together. I wish I could come out and steal this moment for myself, but I knew I couldn't and I had to let Anti play Mark like a pawn in a chess game.

"Yeah, it's interesting, like some Twilight Zone shit," Anti giggled a bit and I wondered if that didn't sound like Jack.

"Are you feeling alright?" He asked with a bit of a pout; he knew, he definitely could tell the person in front of him wasn't Jack. He looked and sounded like him, but he knew something was off with his personality. Jack's like a puppy - cute, sweet, can be snippy when he wants, while Anti is more like a full-grown dog.

"Fine, why do you ask?"

"You seem a little off," He noticed and Anti shrugged, unsure what to say. "I'll be back, sweetheart."

"Okay," Anti smiled and Mark went into the bathroom, closing the door behind him and looking into the mirror. I knew he was going to talk to me and ask me what was wrong with Jack.

"What's wrong with Jack?" He asked, just as I assumed he would.

"What? Nothing. He seems normal to me," I replied a bit smugly without meaning to.

"Nothing? He doesn't sound the same. What did you do? What did you do to Jack?!" He started to sound more pissed off than anything and I knew I already couldn't keep up the charade.

"I gave him a demon counterpart," I sighed, not bothering to try and hide it. He'd find out eventually if he already assumed something was up after a minute of talking to Anti. "His name is Anti and I used mine and Jack's souls to create him."

"You what?! I need to talk to Jack," He shook his head and I could feel the tears in his eyes. He left the bathroom and went up to Anti, who wasn't hiding his demon self anymore - probably hearing us talk in the bathroom. "Let me talk to Jack."

"I'm not sure if that's a good idea," Anti bit his lower lip with his sharp, white teeth.

"Just let me talk to him!" Mark snapped and Anti flinched a bit at his tone, but slowly brought Jack back out, showing his ocean blue eyes. Mark took his hands in his and looked him in the eye, unsure what to do. "Jack?"

"Hello," He said in a monotone voice and Mark instantly bursted into tears, seeing he wasn't the same anymore. Mark let him go and turned to me, showing the tears streaking down his face.

"You broke the one thing that I love more than anything. I hate you, Dark. I absolutely hate you for this," He cried and went to hug Jack tightly, while knowing he wasn't the same anymore.

"Mark, do not cry. I am still Jack."

"You're not Jack, you sound like a robot," He shook his head, his voice cracking when he spoke.

"Mark, I am not a robot. I am Jack."

"You're not Jack, you're the ghost of him. It's like all the things that made you who you were just fell out of you. What do I do?!" He bursted into more tears, hugging him tightly.

"Mark, he's not gone forever, I promise. I didn't ruin him, he and Anti just need a little fixing and then he'll be back to normal," I explained, trying to cheer Mark up a little for what I did. I shouldn't have created Anti, but I was lonely and envied what Mark and Jack had. I wanted it for myself and I wanted someone like Jack.

"You better be telling me the truth, Dark, or I swear you're banned from my life forever and can never enter my body again, you hear me? We better fix Jack or else I will find someway to destroy you," He threatened and I knew he was serious.
