the next day

I could swear that i was smelling puppy breath when i woke up, i remembered that i just had a dog lthough it was going to take a long time to get used to the fact that i had a dog.
I was getting ready to go out with lily, we had planned to go shopping for the perfect gift to get david for their three months anniversary, i opened my bag to get my diary but then i noticed sonething like a pink foil in my bag, when i brought it out i saw that it was the gift daniel gave me, the wrapping looked really beautiful so i decided to open it, "honey it is time for breakfast" my dad said from downstairs. "Be there in a munite" i replied, i dropped daniels' gift on the table and ran downstairs, after breakfast i ran upstairs to my room and picked up my diary, my diayr has a lot of secrets about me and that is why i never let anybody touch it, not even lily
Dear diary,
Yesterday was awesome... i think i have developed feelings for joshua, sometimes i wish mom was here to put me through, i guess being a reenager puts you in some confused situations i dont understand the feeling, i want joshua to always be around me, but when he is there i always get tongue tied, i dont ecen know if i should tell lily or not...
When i looked at the time i saw that it was already noon i got dressed and was waiting for lily, it was three on the dot and lily hadn't arrived, i was starting to get pissed
Ding-dong, i heard the door bell, i had a feeling it was lily so i was ready to shout at her, "lily don't you know that when".... i was tongue tied again at the sight of who was standing i  front of me, it was joshua... a lot of things kept running through my mind like: what could he possibly want, why was he here, does my outfit look good enough.
He was looking more handsome than ever before and i felt like i was floating on cloud 9, but i was brought back to the real world when joshua suddenly said "are you busy because if you are not i would love to take you out to make up for not giving you anything for your birthday" i realized i was day dreaming when i heard his voice but it took me some seconds to finally realized what he had said, "n-no i'mmm fr-e-e",i said, would you blame me if i was stuttering?, i was talking to joshua the guy who i never thought noticed me and there he was asking me out on a date (sort of). Well maybe that is the power that comes with growing up because i love it.
