Evangeline Black born in 1902 who was executed in 1925 at the age of 23; for being a thief along with her partner in crime, Noah Williams were brought back to life by the one and only HYDRA.
She was an assassin with wiped memories in the 1940s for Nazi Germany, fighting against the famous Captain America and his best friend James Buchanan Barnes.
While HYDRA was laying low, Noah and Evangeline were put in ice to preserve them for future uses. However, HYDRA did a small mistake; Noah and Evangeline made it out, they ran away, far far away from HYDRA.
Until, Evangeline met the one and only, the Winter Soldier.
