Chapter 71

Justin's POV:

I'm in such fucking pain from having Jacklyn. Derek's not letting me do anything except for laying down , and not do anything but he's here to keep me company through the process. Jacklyn sure is a beauty she sleeps through the day , has big hazel eyes like Derek , and is a bit small but she'll grow. Nicole hasn't been in the best of moods she doesn't like Jacklyn and I don't know why. She says that she wants to be the only girl but I thought she's actually like having baby sister...

" Daddy " Nicole ran into my room

" Yes sweetie " I answered

" What are you doing? " She asked

" Laying down with your sister what about you? " I asked , Nicole got upset "Baby girl what's wrong? " She put her head down

" I wanted to watch a princess movie with you but you're with Nicole " She started to cry

I'm really confused on what's happening

" Don't cry baby girl it's ok we can still watch the movie " I patted the bed

" No Daddy " I sighed

" I thought you would like having a baby sister , why don't you? " I asked

" Because you won't have anymore time for me , and that you would like Jacklyn better then me " Derek walked in

" Ok what did I just walk into? " Derek asked staying in one place , Nicole ran to her room and slammed the door

" I don't know what to do Derek " I sighed

" Well what happened? " He sat next to me holding Jacklyn

" She thinks that i'm not going to pay any attention to her and that I would like Jacklyn better then her. I love our children exactly the same but I guess it's hard for her to see that since she's older and still a toddler " I sighed

" Well why don't you spend the day with her and tell her about how much you love her and all that. What could go wrong? Yeah she may through fits and say those kind of things but if you show her you love her then you have nothing to worry about anymore " Derek fed Nicole

" I'm sorry but since when did you give good advice with no sarcasm whatsoever?" He chuckled

" Mom watches alot of Dr.Phil and I just happen to hear it. " I shrugged

" Wow Derek " He nodded

" Go talk to Nicole i'll be here with Jacklyn don't worry about it " I nodded and went to Nicole's room.

Nicole's Pov:

Why did daddy have to give me a baby sister? I don't want a baby sister , I feel like they're not going to pay attention to me or love me anymore since she showed up. I was hear first , yes i'm being selfish but it's my feelings that get to me alot.

" Nicole sweetie it's daddy unlock the door please " Daddy said softly

" No " I grunted

" Nicole please? We have to talk about this and we can't if you don't open the door " I walked to the door

" I'm at the door but i'm not opening it , we can talk through here " I shouted

" Nikki baby girl please I love you and it's not going to change " He knocked again

" No you don't you love Jacklyn " Daddy sighed

" Of course I Love her b-" I cut him off

" See you don't love me " I shouted

" Listen to me for a second please , Of course I love her she's my daughter and so are you , I love all my kids equally. There's not one of you guys that I love the most. Yes i'm busy with stuff and may not have so much time but i'll always make it up so can you please open the door so I could see you? " I sighed

" That's nice of you to say and I love you too but i'm not going to open the door because i'm tired and want to take a nap " Dad tried opening the door

" Alright but then after will you come out please? " I nodded don't know why but I did

" Yes I will it was nice talking to you " I giggled

" Yeah yeah love you " I stayed silent

" Love you too daddy " I heard foot steps walk away , then I fell asleep with a big smile on my face

Derek's POV:

Since Nicole's room is around the otherside of the house I couldn't hear what they said but hopefully Justin got through to her because I can tell now her teenage years are going to be hell for us.

" Hey Der " Justin plopped on the bed

" Hey Babe how'd it go? " He nodded

" Good I guess , she wouldn't open the door but she did talk to me and believed what I said so that's a good thing. No I didn't lie about what I said , I just want to tell her what I feel about all four kids. Her teenage years are going to be terrible " I chuckled

" That's no doubt haha what she up to right now? " I asked

" Taking a nap in her room " Derek handed me Jacklyn

" Hopefully Nicole realizes that our love for her isn't going to be different then the others " Derek said kissing my forehead laying next to me

" Hopefully babe but I guess we'll see " Derek laid his head on my lap and fell asleep
