Derek's POV:

" So what is it? Where's Jason? I mean I don't care about him but your father has been... " Timothy interrupted

" Jason's dead " ...

" What? " They nodded

" That's why Courtney was screaming crying earlier. She wanted Jason. Her and daddy get along great but Jason would always tell her funny stories and stuff at that time. " He's dead...

" I'm sorry kids... " I felt for my kids...he was there to help them when I didn't have custody of them whatsoever

" It's okay. We weren't there so it didn't really hurt us mostly but Courtney was. She gets nightmares every night " Nicole said breathing out

" What!? How did this happen anyways? " No no! He can't be dead, Justin loves him and I know I do more than Jason but he's distraught

" Murdered ... By police officers for no reason. They thought he did some crime, they beat him." Jordan sniffled

" I thought you weren't there? " I looked at him

" I was. They were yelling his name and he came downstairs with Courtney in his hands. They said " Drop the baby " He didn't because Courtney was already out of control kicking and screaming.

They said it again so he placed her in her high chair. One officer brought him down trying to arrest him, even though Jason was letting them. Another asked questions if he did the crime which he rejected to. He didn't do anything , he never leaves the house without one of us or with all.

They kept hitting him and hitting him. When they instructed for him to get up he did. Boom Boom Boom Boom . Four shots. He was down . Right after they saw what Jason looked like after...they uncuffed him and left.

Then daddy walked in screaming his name, running over while pounding on his chest. Screaming . " Don't leave me Jason!! Don't leave me!!! You're all I have an I can't let you leave me!!! " Jason was alive still and responded but very little "

" What he say? " Jordan leaned in

" Go to Derek , you won't find anyone else that will love you like him and I both did. Tell the kids I love them. I love you. Here... I wrote this note , I know it's bloody but you'll see more after it dries. Listen and look into my eyes,which daddy did.

I love you, and you're my love and inspiration , the one who kept me alive throughout my troubles and problems. When I leave here , I'll only be around you and the family. I love you Justin!

Daddy cried as Jason did, saying "I love you more" back."
