I sat underneath the sink holding the knife to my neck crying hard but silent. My vains were showing because of how bad I'm upset and angry at myself. They kept banging on the door knowing I've been here for hours. Justin's voice didn't once come up but he's happily married so he shouldn't really care...
" Derek sweetie come out please! We can talk about this and get everything back to normal " Mom cried
" NOTHING!!! Will be normal again ma...I lost everything. EVERYTHING!!!" I yelled crying holding the knife to my neck closer
" Yes it will be baby just please don't hurt yourself " Footsteps ran up the stairs then banged on the door
" DEREK OPEN THE DOOR!!! " Justin yelled
" Justin!!! " I slowly brought the knife down
" Yeah babe....it's me please don't hurt yourself. I'll only hurt myself worse " Worse?

" Yeah, hurt yourself and I will hurt myself more " No...

" Derek come out please I'm sorry I didn't mean for any of this to happen. I love you and I can't lose you. The kids can't either. Derek please " I dropped the knife and got up jiggling the door knob thinking twice
" You mean everything you said? "
" Of course I do Derek or I wouldn't be upset right now and I would've left " I opened the door and hugged Justin tightly
" I love you " He cried harder
" I love you too just don't hurt yourself I can't lose you " I nodded and didn't let go of him
