Justin's POV:

It's been a couple of hours now and we're still here at court. Adam has done nothing but lie and lie. Funny thing about it is , he thinks the judge is believing him when she isn't.

" What were your intentions of stabbing Derek? " Adam looked at me

" I told him that if he didn't cheat and break Justin's heart I would hurt Justin but when I went to find Justin he wasn't there so I stabbed Derek. " The judge looked at Derek

" Derek who did you cheat on Justin with? " He sighed

" Jason McCann " I looked at Jason then down

" Mr.McCann were you aware or had this weird feeling that something was going on when Derek cheated for his family? " Jason stood up

" No I wasn't aware of anything , but I was confused. " Derek looked at Jason

"Why were you confused Mr.McCann?remember you are under oath" All eyes were on Jason

" When I had asked Derek to meet up with me one day , after we were done talking I asked him to uhm kiss me. He said he couldn't because he was married and had triplets with a single at home and that he couldn't cheat. So when I was walking away he pulled my arm back I asked him wassup he kissed me and we made out then after that we've been seeing eachother but what I want to know is......Was I being used? " I looked at Derek upset and pissed as Jason also turned his attention over to Derek

" Is this true Mr.Bieber?Did you or did you not use Mr.McCann? " The judge looked over at Derek

" It is true all of it's true and yes I did use you " I got up and left the room

" Justin! " Derek yelled looking over at me

Jason's POV:

I couldn't believe what Derek just said , during this whole time I thought he actually like me but he didn't , he used me for dirty work. If there's one thing that I want last to happen in my life is to be used. Justin left the room upset of what he said knowing that Derek knew better. I feel bad for him though , if I knew about me being used and just this in general , honestly I would've told him it's not right and I wouldn't cheat either.

" You're a sick bastard I can't believe I ever like someone like you. " I walked out of the courtroom and talked to Justin for a bit

" Hey sorry about everything I really am " Justin looked at me wiping his face with napkin

" Thanks but why didn't you tell me this was happening? " I looked at him surprised

" You didn't get any of my messages? or the emails I've sent you? " He shook his head

" No now talk why? what did you send to me? " I showed Justin my phone

" That he was cheating with me the whole time , and I would've came to approach you about it but when I did you were either not home or Derek was home so there was never really a time where I could actually tell u " Justin looked away with tears in his face

" Jason is there anything else I need to know ? " I nodded softly

" Yes... " I sighed " Derek told me after we has made out in the alley way that he was already cheating on you with Lance Bass from N'Sync for a year " Justin cried harder

" I'm sorry I am " I comforted Justin on my shoulder

" Don't be sorry I felt like he was going to hurt me anyways but on our wedding day I actually thought that he was the one and that he wouldn't hurt me. Now I don't even know about anything anymore. I can't take the pain anymore" Justin yelled then walked into the court room

Derek's POV:

There has been a shit load of drama in the court room today. So much that we're getting off the topic here. Justin walked out and so did Jason not long after. I wonder what they're talking about right now....

" Derek you're a liar a liar! I can't take you anymore you've done nthing but hurt me. " Shit Jason told

" Excuse me Mr.Bieber what's going on here? " Jason walked in behind Justin

" There's a background story to all of this , Derek tell the damn truth already you're hurting Justin more then u already have. Just tell the damn truth!" Jason scolded at me

" I don't have to say a damn thing about anything. Do you really think that I care that I'm under oath? No right? so leave it the fuck alone " I yelled back

" Hold it right there Mr.Bieber , are you lying about your alibi? " The judge looked

" Well to Justin of course I am and I left out some details about the cheating part " I turned to Justin

" I've cheated on you with Adam Lambert about six months after started dating then we broke up a month later. After we got married I cheated on you with Lance Bass from N'Sync and during our marriage well I wouldn't count Jason he was more of a toy " I chuckled

" So you've never loved me? You never cared about me? You never wanted to be with me? All you wanted was not to feel guilty because I was going to commit suicide that one day. Well you know what Derek I hope you're happy with the rest of your life because I want a divorce and never to see you again " Jason took Justin hand and escorted him out of the room

" Are you happy now Mr.Bieber? " I shook my head

" No but I am happy that I can be single and cheat some more " I smiled

" There's something seriously wrong with you there really is. Mr.Lambert it all adds up now you wanted to get Derek back for all of his cheating so you stabbed him. Your alibi wasn't right from the begining and neither was Derek's. This is why they hired me to be a judge. Case dismissed " She hit her Javel on the too of her desk

" Should we release? " The judge out her arms up in the air and walked away then I watched them release Adam

" You fucked up three lives Derek , I would divorce you and you know how much I loved you from the very begining " I flipped Adam off then walked out of the courthouse while passing by my family and Justin

" Goodbye Asswholes " I waved while chuckling and drove away
