Derek's POV:

Tonight I'm supposed to pick the kids up from Justin. Lately every time I've seen them , they've been acting weird with me especially Jacklyn and she's the littlest. Have I not been a good father? What am I doing wrong?

" Am I doing something wrong with them? " Mom looked at me

" Derek everytime you have the kids you don't pay close enough attention to them at all " I sighed

" That's a lie , yes I have....I love my kids and I want to be with them but I can't if Justin and Jason have the custody of them. I could only seem them on Justin's terms " She shrugged

" Well Derek life's hard especially when you lose the person you love most. When your dad left I was heartbroken even though he wasn't good to me , but then again....he wasn't the best guy and nobody really is, what you did was wrong though and should've confronted it with him. You both would still be married and together also that baby Justin is now carrying , could've been yours. "

" You're right.....I miss him mom , his smiles , laughter , his cute pouty faces when he would beg for something , his hugs , kisses , and his cuddles. Why do I have to be such a bad person? I didn't mean any of this mom I really didn't. " A tear dropped from my face

" Relax Derek ok don't put yourself down , more then you already are. " I wiped my tear away

" Alright I won't , I'm going to pick the kids up early I need them " Mom smiled and patted my back

Jason's POV:

- Door Bell -

" Jason can you answer the door please I have to finish cleaning this " I nodded and answered the door

" Ugh it's you " Derek snapped hissing at me

" Uhhh....sorry? " I shrugged

" Where's Justin? " He looked at me with a risen eyebrow

" The kitchen with the kids cleaning up from dinner " Derek shoved me aside walking in and into the kitchen

" Derek what are you doing here? You don't have the kids until seven tonight " Justin looked at him as I walked in behind him

" I want them early " I walked away , staying really close by , knowing that Justin was going to get tensed

" Why? " Derek rolled his eyes

" I'm going to take them to get desert in uh Sonic " Justin thought about it

" Ok you can have them early just don't get them too hyper please? " He nodded looking at Justin then down

" Yeah I won't , kids you ready? come on " The kids hugged Justin then grabbed at my legs hugging them

" Haha bye kids see you in a couple of days " I hugged them back and Jacklyn screamed at me , giggling and smiling

" BYE DADDY!!!! " Derek's eyes shot open in anger looking at me then I put my hands up as if I were surrendering

" What did she just call you? " I didn't answer for a bit

" Look I know it looks and sounds really , really bad but it's not my fault I swear " Justin backed Derek away

" Take the kids now before I change my mind Derek and I mean it " He looked at Justin then back at me and carried Jacklyn walking out with the triplets.

" He seems really pissed about that , should I stop her from calling me that?" Justin shook his head

" No don't because Derek doesn't pay attention to her at all so in her head she probably thinks that he's a friend and not her father which he is " I sighed and looked down

" I don't want Derek thinking that I'm trying to take away his spot as the kids father , I'm not I just love them like if they were my own "

" Jason you're doing nothing wrong don't worry about it and I know you do babe just do me a favor? " I smiled and nodded

" Of course anything for you babyboy anything I promise " Justin pulled me in closer to him

" Promise to be a father figure and be there for the kids....please? " I smiled again but wider

" Of course baby I promise " Justin looked me in the eyes then kissed me hard

" I couldn't be any happier with you , I'm so fucking happy that we're together " I smiled and kissed him back " My baby "

Derek's POV:

I'm sitting in the car with the kids at sonic still pissed off for what Jacklyn called Jason. I wanted to hurt Jason so bad that I was going to hurt him before Justin held me back.

" Jacklyn why do you call Jason , dad? " I looked at her through the mirror

" He is my daddy " She smiled looking back at me

" No he isn't I'm your daddy I've always been your daddy " Nicole looked at Jacklyn

" Jacklyn he's our daddy not Jason , Jason's a figure to us " I sighed

" Daddy said that he misses you a- " I cut Tim off

" What else did he say about me? "

" He also said that if you wanted or want him back that you would have to do somethings that you've never done that would get his attention. " Tim shrugged and went back to eating his ice cream

" I know exactly what that is now " Nicole unbuckled her seat belt and looked at me

" What do you mean? What are you going to do? " I looked back

" Sit back down I'm going to get your father back " She did as told and I drove out
