Chapter 7, Old Feeling

Lucy's Pov, 

Zera soon explained who she was and how she knew my grandmother. It seemed Zera tried many times to heal and save her. She did also explain that she knew my great grandmother and how I knew them also. Reiki and Nash were talking about powers that they knew and thought were stronger. I couldn't help but smile seeing them both get along. Even the idea of my son being good friends with one of my best friends children made me smile. "Nash you would love the group of friends I got back home" Rika soon spoke up.

He sounded excited. Nash was getting all excited also as I then looked toward Sky. I could tell she was in deep thought. My grandmother trusted her and thought of her as a best friend. Maybe I could also. "Sky what did you think of my grandmother?" I soon asked as she looked at me a little shocked that I would ask the question. It did come out of the blue. "She was a sister to me, she always tried to find a way to undo the curse keeping me young forever" Sky soon answered a I nodded.

She was cursed? "Well I would like to carry on where my grandmother left off, we will find a way to break the curse. I will need to know every little thing about it" I soon spoke as Zera was just smiling at me. To her eyes I was just like my grandmother. Hearing and thinking that made me want to smile. Soon I felt a great amount of power heading toward us. "Zera, Sky get the kids to safety" I spoke knowing who it was. It was time I confronted my grandfather. He may of been powerful but so was a mother when her child was threatened.

"Mum he will hurt you" Nash spoke worried as I smirked pulling a whip off my belt. "Sky, Zera this is an order from your Queen's granddaughter" I spoke as both Sky and Zera were shocked but soon both smiled bowing for a second. Zera grabbed Reiki and Sky grabbed Nash as they flew up into the tall tree above us. I stood my ground as my grandfather came into view. He was shocked to see me as I then soon saw some rage grow in his eyes. "You were not to leave the mansion? Did you forget out deal?" he asked with a threatening tone.

"The deal was if I stayed with you seven years ago you wouldn't of killed my son there was no saying that I couldn't leave that mansion" I only replied as more rage started to show on his face and eyes. The air around us started to get darker as he was now giving off an dark aura. "This will be revenge for you murdering Mirajane" I soon spoke making my whip clash on the ground making it give off blue flames. Acnologia growled slightly. "After all these years I thought I made the power that Dragneel gave you weaker seems I was wrong" Acnologia spoke.

"Even when you was training Nash, I kept myself on point I am a Heartfilla. My family is known as the Queen's Guard Dog for a reason" I soon spoke closing my eyes for a second letting my own power get ready to be used before I opened my eyes. Now I was also giving out an dark aura as Acnologia rushed toward me. I knew he was much more powerful than me but I couldn't let him use my son for his privet war. In the end it was his own fault my grandmother died. If he only listened to reason she would be alive.

Even with that said she wanted to die. She passed away peacefully. I moved fast jumping up onto the tree. I was shocked with myself on how high I was able to jump. I pushed off the tree and forward where Acnologia was standing before hand when we spoke. I made my whip do circles in the air, sending waves of my blue flames toward him. My grandfather turned around putting his hand in front of him that just put out the waves like they was nothing. "I won't let you or anyone else use my son for power" I spoke my voice very harsh.

Even if I was to die here and now. Rika was Erza's son. He would take Nash to his father. I was about to use my whip to hit Acnologia until he moved so fast that after blinking he was gone from his spot. I sensed him behind me as I went to move. He was much faster than I thought he would of been. I was soon blasted into a tree. A very powerful blast in that. I could sense that this blast had the intent to kill me. I opened my eyes seeing bruises and cuts all over my body. I was taking deep breaths looking at Acnologia.

"You are the first to ever live through that blast, it killed Queen Dragneel many years ago" Acnologia had a hint of rage in his voice but also sounded as if he was proud. "Everyone who I have been in battle with has been afraid, even your own son is when we trained. Even now I can sense your fear" Acnologia soon spoke walking toward me slowly. I soon felt a type of power near by. I let out a laugh making him stop and look at me confused. Once I finished laughing I smirked looking right at him. 

"What a joke! I'm not scared of you at all!" I laughed once again as his eyes had pure rage inside them. His face having no emotion. I soon calmed myself as I was using the tree behind me to help support me standing. "Out of anything the only time you made me scared was when you threaten to kill my son before he was even born" I soon spoke pushing off the tree moving forward. Acnologia, my grandfather stared at me this time shock was on his face. "I am the granddaughter of Anna Heartfilla, Queen Of Fairies and the mate to Natsu Dragneel" I soon spoke standing not far from my grandfather.

"I do not have time, chance or pleasure to feel the emotion of fear" I soon added a wicked smirk growing on my face just like when I was a Nobel back home. It felt as if I joined a game. I missed the feeling of planning out these games and seeing if anyone could beat me. My grandfather he was strong but there was something I had that could give me a chance to beat him. My brain. 

I soon moved to the left as a spear of pure gold went flying pass my head into my grandfathers gut.....

  Part of me still saw him as my father figure. He had been there for me and my mother since I was born. From what I heard she was threatened to stay with him... I was so shocked. As I grew up they was always helping each other along with being kind. When I saw him battle my mother I could see why Sky took me. I could see why anyone would call him a killer or monster. Soon we was coming up to a town next to a giant castle. I looked around shocked as well I did grow up with it just being me, mother and grandfather in the mansion.
