Chapter 9, Fight Of Dragons

Natsu's Pov, 

Soon as Gray burst into my office I saw in his face he had something important to tell me. I for one was shocked he had returned so fast. When he informed me that my son as in the throne room safe I ran out that room. I never moved so fast before in my life. I rushed to the throne room bursting the doors open to see him. My eyes widen in shock as I could see the young blonde boy in front of me. His hair matched Lucy's, his eyes matched mine. He was standing there looking at me very confused.

"King Natsu" Reiki spoke bowing as soon my own son's eyes widen slightly to. I soon moved forward toward him. Once I was up to him, I went to his height. I had missed six whole years of my sons life. I wasn't planning on missing anymore of it. I couldn't help but smile looking at him. "Just seeing you reminds me of your mother" I whispered as I could see a lot of me and Lucy in him. My son was in as much shock as I was in. I soon pulled him into a hug as he slowly hugged back. I noticed Reiki left the throne room closing the doors also.

My son soon pulled away from the hug as his eyes were watering slightly. "I want to tell you everything about me but we have no time, mum is in trouble she is about to get killed if we don't hurry" my son soon spoke looking at me serious as I stood up I felt the air get warmer shocking my son slightly. "This time, Acnologia will pay for hurting this family" I muttered slightly as my son nodded smirking slightly. He had his mother's smirk. It reminded me of when we would find a killer back on Earthland.

Being her butler for many years.. I did learn about her. I fell for her. This time I was going to save her. I soon moved out with Reiki, Gray, Wendy, my own son heading toward the Forbidden Forest. On the way I learnt my son's name and that his powers were a very powerful mix of mine and Lucy's. I hated the fact that Acnologia was the one to teach him how to use his powers. Soon as we reached the forest you could sense Jellal's, Erza's and Lucy's power. You could see a bright blue light or golden one every so often through the trees.

My fist burst on fire. "The main guard will be on their way" Gray informed me as my own power started to grow. These past seven years I wasn't just sitting around doing nothing. I made sure I had the power to fight Acnologia. "By the time they get here I will have Acnologia's head on a silver platter" I spoke harshly moving forward. I was ahead. I knew Jellal would hate the fact I brought Reiki along but even Erza knew how powerful their son was. He could handle himself. He had Erza's training after all.

Soon we came to an opening to see Erza and using a shield to cover two hurt unknowns. Erza was badly hurt herself. You could see she was losing a lot of blood. Wendy rushed to their sides. I then couldn't help but stare at Lucy seeing her standing there out of breath. She may of been bruised and had some cuts she was still a beauty. Jellal was also out of breath and covered in bruises. I looked toward Acnologia who had some bruises but he looked as if nothing had touched him. I soon moved forward fast punching him around the face.

This sent him flying into a tree. "Natsu" I heard Lucy sound shock as I looked at her giving her my normal signature smirk. "Thought you saw the last of me? Lady Lucy" I spoke as if I was her old butler. My heart couldn't help but speed up once Lucy smiled at me. "MUM" Nash soon shouted rushing to his mother who got hugged once he reached her. My head went back toward Acnologia. His power level was rising big time as his face and eyes held much rage and bloodlust. I knew he was very power.

Reading my fathers notes and even speaking to him I had learned of one thing that Acnologia can't stop. One thing that could stop him from hurting anyone. Something all demons who had dragon blood and power had to listen to. "ACNOLOGIA I CHALLENGE YOU TO A DRAGON DUEL" I soon shouted as Gray moved to stand in front of Lucy and Nash. He knew what this could lead to. Just one small worry and this duel will be in Acnologia's favor. Reiki was helping his father as everyone was staring at me shocked.

"A dragon duel? You really are much like Igneel boy" Acnologia spoke as he was moving toward me. I glared right at him, my sight not leaving him. "Scared Dragon Of Death?" I asked as he soon glared at me. "I accept this challenge" Acnologia soon spoke as his body started to transform. Everyone else went backwards away from us. Gray was dragging Lucy and Nash behind Erza's shield. Soon Acnologia was a giant black dragon with blue markings on his body. His eyes were glowing blue matching them.

I wasn't a full blood dragon meaning I couldn't turn full dragon but that didn't mean I couldn't fight. Black and orange flames moved around me lifting me into the air as the flames shaped a dragon around me. I was in the flame dragon head as scales started to grow all over my body, horns out of my head and wings out of my back. "Every last one of you will die here" Acnologia's voice echoed as we flew in the air rushing toward each other. The flames acted as if they was the real skin/scale of the dragon as they hit with Acnologia's head.

As we kept clashing using claws, wings, teeth and tail trying to hurt the other. He wouldn't be able to hurt me until he could touch my human body. My flames were not just a dragon now they was a shield giving me a upper hand. I knew I couldn't be cocky with this. Using this type of power would have bad side affects if I didn't focus of my rage and hate that I had for Acnologia that I would lose power fast. We kept clashing as I had to beat him. I had to take back what was mine. There was no chance I was letting him hurt Lucy or Nash.

I wasn't going to let anyone hurt them ever again.......

Lucy's Pov, 

I saw more rage then normal hit Natsu's face as his flames gave out a bright light making me cover my eyes. Once the light had died down we saw Acnologia was gone. He had vanished into air. Natsu soon made the flames forming the dragon go out as he was back on the ground. He turned his head to look toward all of us. "He is gone for now but he will return" Natsu soon spoke as Natsu looked right at me. I couldn't help but smile. Ever since Nash was born I had showed emotions once again. 

I never understood that but I was glad it happened. Jellal started giving Erza a leacture on taking their son Reiki on missions. Wendy and Gray were helping Zera and Sky as Natsu walked over to me and Nash. Natsu put his hand on my cheek. "I truly thought I had lost you" Natsu whispered as I smiled slightly more. "I knew you would find me, you always do when I need you" I soon replied as Natsu smiled at me. Nash was looking at us slightly confused as Natsu pulled me and Nash into a hug.

I hugged back smiling my eyes watering slightly. Finally. We could finally be a family.

  Natsu placed me back on my feet as we was standing next to the bed. I saw the lust and love in his eyes as I knew he saw it in mine as he pressed his lips on mine once again. I was in love with the warmth as my hands went onto Natsu's closed up vest. While into the kiss I had opened it as I was doing that I felt Natsu undo the strap holding my dress. We pulled away as Natsu took off his vest fully and made my dress fall onto the ground. Our lips connected once again as we moved backwards. I fell onto the bed Natsu on top of me.
