Trunks POV:

Skylar had murmured in her state of unconsciousness. What was going on and how could she push herself to this? When she woke up I knew she was thinking about what just happened. As was I.

Everything seemed awkward at first. I mean more than usual. When she stood up it was more like something was seriously wrong. Though when I to talk to her she tells me it is nothing. I am going to find this out.

"Skylar please tell me." I said touching her hand only to have it yanked away from my grip.

"It's nothing!" She growled her power level sky rocketing.

"But-" I was cut off.

"I said no!" after that she took off.

Something was going on and I wanted to find out. Taking off after her I tried to catch up. She was in my sight. When she looked back she pushed herself even harder. Why didn't she just instant transmitt away from me?This was stranger than normal.

"Why?" She whispered more to herself stopping in mid air.

I stayed silent.

"It would be better for me to  just lead them away from all of you. I'm not risking the lives of one's I love Trunks." her voice seemed like she was on the very edge of tears.

"But we are willing-"

"I can't allow it Trunks. Please tell the others I most likely won't be coming back. Tell Gohan thanks for the training, Goku for the help with things that were very important to me, and Piccolo that we had a good run as friends..." she paused flying to me.

"Most of all thank you Trunks for being there every time I really needed a friend." she hugged me and then kissed my cheek!

With a last smile she mouthed 'Don't forget me.' then she dissappeared. She can't do this alone.

Skylar's POV:

I was the time I needed. This was prabobly  the last time I would see the world as a whole. My power shot up. Caule was in for it this time. He didn't know what my full power was like now. But I didn't know his either.

I stopped at the clearing. When I used instant I appeared farther away than I had hoped to. He was there though.  A smirk plastered on his face.

"Just leave them. I will go ba-"

"No. No dear. You see I need you though. We need you to help us break every single one of your people." I growled at him.

"No yo-" I was cut off with a sharp pain in my chest. Instantly I blacked out it was too much.

When I awoke my body was sore and it was harder to move. There were chains attached to my wrist. My vision was somewhat blurred but i focused on a small figure in the corner.

"What now? It isn't like I can't kill myself you know." I spat harshfully.

"But you won't do that because it means everyone you care for will die. Your friends. Your family. Your home planet. And the weak planet you call Earth."

"Yeah. Yeah and who says that short men are all powerful. Cause all I see is a small framed boyish ego. A small boy who wants to rule the universe. Well guess what! You will fall like Frieza!" I stared at him as he dose his fist. It came crashing down on my face. The only thing I did was laugh.

"I will teach you to obey and not fight against me." He then kicked me in the stomach.  A large eruption of pain in my pride. I wasn't quite sure if it was growing as my strength or falling as I did nothing. Sighing I began to plot my escape out of this place.

My chains clanked every time I moved. His laugh echoing in my head every minute. One of Caule's men came in carrying a tray of food. Here we go, time for me to take action.

Goku's POV:

"What do you mean she left?!?" I growled over protectively.

"Kakarot just forget about the girl. It's not like she would have stayed. She acts to much like a sayian does. We rush into a fight." Vegeta laughed.

"Oh and you just want to sit around and do nothing PRINCE of all sayians!!" Gohan chimed into the argument.

"Stay out of this boy."

"No Vegeta!  You don't know what we have been through with Skylar. So don't tell me to stay out of this!"  Gohan's hair turned a bright gold.

Vegeta looked shocked now. I knew Gohan wanted to help just like Trunks did but how? We don't know where she is. Not...

Goku? A voice said lowly in my head.

Skylar? Skylar is that you?

Yes! Goku it's me. I'm stuck on a ship. I already have a plan  to escape.

Are you going to be back soon? Please say yes Skylar.

I-I don't know Goku. I can't be entirely sure if I'm coming back yet. My duty is to protect you guys.

Skylar don't be stu-

I know what I'm doing Goku.  I'll miss you guys if I don't come back.

With that the connection was broken. What is she going to do!?!
