The Day Before

Skylar's POV:

I wasn't sure what to think of Lentelo coming to vist, or the fact he was going to be in the same tournament as me. There wasn't much to do anyways so Piccolo,  Gohan, Trunks,  Vegeta,  and I decided to have a training day. Goten didn't come because he's with his bran new girlfriend. Bleh.

We arrived at the basic area that were normally go to. Except this landscape was more rocky. There were cliffs that were short, tall, rounded, or sharp. Also some were just rock while others had grass and plants covering them. This was going to be so much fun.

"Come and get me!!!" I laughed.

"Why you little..."

Vegeta took off after me. Of course I knew he thought I was goofing off but maybe I was testing his stamina...maybe.

A laugh echoed the empty land my power level lowered down to zero. He had not a clue of where I was.

"You gotta find me Veggie!!"

"Don't call me that!!!" He yelled.

"To bad Prince Veggie of all Sayians." I laughed madly.

He still didn't know. Tiptoeing over to the rock behind him yet below him I hid. This would be easy. Directing a blast of ki to make him look another direction I launched quickly my full body force hitting him. A small growl escaped his throat and we began punching and kicking wildly. Trunks sat there and laughed as I did while Vegeta began to loose breath.

To think how Frieza would act to see me like this. Still...I'm shocked that Vegeta doesn’t recognize me. Eh. I'll tell him after practice he deserves to know. Also he couldn't beat me even if he wanted too. It wasn't like I would be hurt forever.

We continued on. Vegeta took a break and Gohan stepped in.  We turned super sayian three right on the spot as we waited for one another.

"This will be fun." I joke.

"Indeed." With that he luanched at me. It wasn't hard to dodge but I wanted to try to work my way around things. Soon enough I crashed into a cliff. It turned to rubble as I stood up. For this continued on for a while til Piccolo made us stop it at once.

I watched Trunks fight Gohan. They both had grown so strong and had the true meaning of a sayian. It meant everything to me. The day grew on and I had Gohan and Goku come over just to talk to me alone.

"I think it's time to tell Vegeta."

"Tell him what?" said Trunks

" About me being you know..."

"Are you sure about it?" Chimed in Goku.

"Yes I've kept it hidden from him long enough..."

"You being what?!? And hiding what from who?" Vegeta's voice came quickly as he walked towards our little group.

"Someone you should know." I said calmly as I powered down my hair now black with tints of brown. Pulling it into a ponytail I placed the golden hoops around my now messy hair. My armor was already on  and Goku brought over the cape that matched my old, lost cloak, and matched my uniform.

"You couldn't be..." He staggered.

"But I am. The day future Trunks came to Earth I was the small child in the window you saw. For I know you saw me there before we left that very day."

"No. You can't be her."

"I am Princess Skylar Zania Mayre. Next in line for the throne on planet Zurca. You heard Frieza talking to his dad about the new sayian. I know you heard them."

"Yes but still. You can't be."

"I'm was the sayian the talked about.  The one who would be raised like a daughter. One who would kill. For I had been allowed to go home. I saw my brothers dead body and went back to Frieza. Only to visit my family once a year. You weren't the only royal Vegeta. I was the next you can't you see?"

He stood shocked thinking for a while unsure of what to think along with the thought of what I went through. Most likely thinking traitor or a foe of sorts,  maybe even a good guy. Who would know in this 'wonderful' world?

"Frieza paid with the death future Trunks gave him, I might say myself. But I was trained to fight and I was trained to do good not evil or else everyone would be dead right now."

He nodded slightly at me and bowed! The Prince Veggie bowed! In return I bowed back a smile at my mouth and he threw a quick punch at me. I caught it with a sigh. He took it better than planned at least. With that I promised him that Zurca under my rule we bring up a new Planet Vegeta for him, for him to be happy. He punched at me again this time hitting me in the stomach.

"That was for not telling me any sooner than what you did." he laughed.

"Yeah...thanks." I rasped out.

"No problem 'princess'." he laughed.

"Shut it Veggie Tales!"

So Veggie took the news better than thought of lol or did he. What do you think so far? Good...Bad? Either way I'm proud of my book so far and I hope you are to. Is Skylar considering ruling Planet Zurca?  And her past is really sad about only seeing her parents once a year for like an hour, then seeing her brother's dead body. I mean seriously I feel her pain somehow XD.  ♡ Love ya guys.
