I smiled the boy walked into the room a tray of food in his hands. This would be easy. At least for me.

"Pl-p-please he's going to kill all of us."

His face was full of shock and confusion.

"What do you mean?"

"Get me out of here. I-I have loved ones back on Earth. People who don't know everything I know about."

He didn't answer me.

"He will kill you, me, everyone. We will be at his mercy. He will make us bow until our bodies are broken." a tear rolled down my cheek but this wasn't fake.

"What do you expect me to do about it."

"Help me get out. I can promise you a life without him ruling is a better lived one. I lived it for a while."

"Fine." he muttered stepping up to me.

I was shocked but my plan has kicked in.

"Thank you."

Trunks' s POV:

Skylar? Please answer me.

No answer.

I need to help.

A long pause as I breathed in.

Why Trunks? You don't seem to care for me. You said I meant nothing, you didn't care if I never returned, and most of all. That you would just sit there and watch me get beaten to a pulp at his hands.

She listened to the conversation me and Goku had.

It's not like that though.

No what ever Trunks Goodbye. I'll leave if I 1. still live. 2. Ever get the chance to see you agin.

With that it was done with. I need to show her how I really felt about her. Punching the wall next to me I let a few the he ears escape my eyes. I'm sorry. I'll fix this I promise Skylar.

Vegeta stood there not knowing what to do for me. He knew how I felt but he wasn't the one to comfort others. He got close to me though.

"I'm sorry Trunks. Don't get yourself down. Now go eat. You're getting to thin and you haven't eaten in 4 days. I - I'm becoming worried about you. "

This was the first time I truly saw him show emotions to me. I smiled and walked down stairs and grabbed an apple.
