First step to confession?

Mark p.o.v

Everyone fell asleep. I was the only one awake.

I heard the sound of the door unlock. I quickly opened the door to see Sienna on the floor curled up holding her stomach. She wasn't moving and she had her eyes shut. I didn't know what to do.
"Sienna! Sienna! Open your eyes! Sienna!"

"Mark! What's wrong?!" I heard Jimin get up and run towards me. "Omo! Sienna! Hey!"

"What's going on?" Jackson said from behind us with everyone getting up.
"Guys quickly! She's not moving!" I shouted out.
"Guys let's take her to the hospital!" JB said as he told me to pick her up and take her to the car.
I carried her to the car and took her into the hospital.
"Doctor! Doctor! Help!"

Few moments later

"All it is, is fatigue and stress. She's over thinking too much and has she eaten anything today?" The doctor asked.
"She had one toast for breakfast." Jimin said
"The pain in her stomach is from her not eating well. Is she eating properly?" He asked Jimin
"I..... I don't know. She tells me that she's eaten whenever I ask her." She replied with tears rolling down her eyes. She hugged me as she started to cry.
"It's okay don't worry. See this bag with clear liquid? This is like food for her and this will help her gain some energy." The doctor told Jimin as he left.

"Mark! What do I do? I can't let her go back. Look what she's doing to her." Jimin said as she sobbed into my chest.
"Who's doing what?" I asked confused. They never told me why she was so stressed.
"I don't understand why she doesn't understand. Sienna always has to go through this but I think she's reached her limit now." Jimin noona said still not making anything clear.
"Who?" I asked
"Her mum." She responded "This is killing Sienna slowly. This is just the beginning. I know how it goes. I've experienced it. I'm not gonna let the same happen to her. I need to protect her." Jimin noona was an emotional wreck and I tried to comfort her.

An hour had gone by. I sent the boys home and told them to take noona back to her house. I thought she needed some rest and I assured her that I would stay back with Sienna. I had a Déjà vu. This was exactly the same as when I first saw her. Me carrying her to the hospital, me staying back for the night keeping an eye out on her.

Sienna p.o.v

I open my eyes to see a long straw attached to me. I was quite confused to see myself with this attached to me but then I looked over to see someone sat on the sofa. It was Mark. He was sleeping. I got up from the bed and put the blanket that was on me over him. I stood up behind the sofa and stared out the window.
"Your awake? You should be in bed resting." I heard someone speak so I turned my head to see who.
"Oh! Mark. I don't want to sit anymore. Why are you still here though? Your tired, you should be at home resting."
"I'm not gonna leave you alone." He responded
"Where's Jimin? Why didn't she stay? Plus you don't need to stay back for me. I'm good on my own."
"I told her to go home. I don't want to leave you. I want to protect you." I was shocked by this response.
"What?"
