'He' who?

I don't remember what happened. But all I can see is machines around me and wires attached to me.
I'm lying down on a bed in a big room. Jimins on the other side of the room where there's a sofa sleeping.
My legs hurting and my head hurts too.
I put my hand to my head realising that it had something wrapped around it.
I tried to get up but failed every time due to a shock of pain in my back and left leg.
"Fuck! Why does it hurt so much?" I moaned in pain and started to cry really loudly. I've never cried this loud due to any pain before, this was my first.

"Hey! Hey, Sienna. It's alright calm down. Don't worry your fine. Your fine." Jimin came running next to me and grabbed my hand comforting me.

"What happened? Why am I here? Where am I?" I sobbed as I questioned everything.

"Sienna, you've been in an accident. But don't worry. He helped you. If he wasn't there i don't know what i would have done and i don't know how you would have survived. There was a lot of blood but thanks to him your alright. Not only did he help bring you to the hospital he even gave you his blood because you needed a blood transfusion." Jimin told me everything and started to cry.
"I Almost lost you Sienna! Don't do that again! You scared me!"

I couldn't help but wonder who this 'he' was?
"Jimin. Who's 'he'?" I asked her but got interrupted by the doctor.
