Not Like the Other Guys (a Cameron Dallas fanfic)

Chapter 6

Cameron's pov

I still couldn't get over the fact that Sarah was now my girlfriend!!!! She was so beautiful and adorable and talented and funny.... she was just everything I've ever wanted in a girl. And I could tell that she had a history of bad boyfriends so I had to show her that I was the one for her. I had to be careful not to break her heart. But she was strong. I mean, the way she told me that her mom died. She didn't even look sad or anything. She could handle her problems. And I loved that about her.

When some song came on I saw Sarah and Lacy freaking out about it. They started singing along really loud and everyone joined in with them. I didn't really know the words so I just yelled the chorus when it came on.

Sarah was so cute. The way she didn't even care if she embarrassed herself when she danced and sang. I was really falling for her. I've never even felt this way about any other girl!!!

"Hey Cameron" Lewis yelled to me. "You're new girlfriends like the life of the party" he said. "How'd she get all these people to sing along anyway??" he asked.

"I dunno" I said bluntly. I walked over to her and hugged he from behind.

"Hey Cam" she said swaying back and forth with me to the music.

"I see you're finally having fun now" I said resting my chin on her head.

"Yeah I don't know what I was so nervous about" she admitted while I twirled her around. We laughed and talked about my friends and she told me about new friends she made.

"I called it!!" I said when she told me about Lacy. "I knew you two were gonna be friends!!" I said excitedly. She laughed at me and we danced some more. We walked along the beach when she got tired.

"Hey hot stuff" some drunk guys walked up to us. This time I had to control my temper. "You wanna drink babe?" another guy asked her.

"No thanks" she said calmly.

"Yeah she's with me" I spoke up.

"Oh c'mon baby!" he said ignoring me and he reached over and put his hand on her bikini strap trying to pull it off. Ok. That's it. I punched the guy in the face as hard as I could.

"Cameron!!" Sarah screamed. The guys ran off.

"They were trying to get you drunk Sarah!" I said surprised.

"I know but I can stand up for myself" she said folding her arms over her chest.

"Yeah but I just feel protective over you and I don't think that's gonna change so I'm sorry" I admitted. She unfolded her arms and smiled slightly.

"Oh" she said innocently. "I guess I'll just have to get used to it" she said cheekily. And I smiled relieved that she wasn't mad at me.

"Look at the stars" she said dreamily and she stopped in her tracks and smiled at the sky. "Isn't it amazing?" she asked.

"Yeah" I said. "They're almost as amazing as you" I said hugging her tightly now she was turning me into one of those cheesy romantics!!

"You're so sweet" she said and face got hot. She leaned in and kissed my neck. Whoa. That was great. The feeling of her lips above my collar bone almost made me want to scream (in a good way).

Sarah's pov

Cameron and I started walking along the shore when we started talking about our friends. I told him how many people put their numbers in my phone and asked me for mine. And he got all excited when I told him about Lacy. He was so cute when he was excited like that. I knew I was really falling for him and I was positive that he was not like the other guys.

We started walking away from the shore when these to guys walked up to us. They wreaked of alcohol!! They kept trying to get me to leave Cameron. But I wouldn't leave him. (Who would??) Then one of the guys tried to pull of my swimsuit top. I was gonna smack him when Cameron almost knocked him out. My reflexes got the better of me and I screamed as he fell to the ground.

"Cameron!!!" I gasped. I so could've handled it by myself.

"They were trying to get you drunk Sarah!!" he said surprised.

"I know but I can stand up for myself!!" I told him. Then he told me how he felt protective of me.

We started walking again. Then I noticed all the stars in the sky. I told him to look up at them.

"Isn't it amazing?" I asked.

"Yeah. They're almost as amazing as you" he said romantically. I smiled at him and kissed his neck slightly. I looked back up at him and he smiled down at me. I hugged his arm and we walked back towards the party.

As we were walking back I noticed how tired I was. I yawned and Cameron looked down at me.

"You want me to take you home?" he asked in a concerned tone.

"Yeah" I said sleepily.

"Ok. Let's go" he said and we made our way back to my car.

Cameron's pov

I didn't notice how late it was til Sarah yawned. It must've been like 12:00. So I asked if she wanted me to take her home and obviously she accepted. She leaned against me as we walked back to her car. I opened the door for her and she dropped herself in the seat. I got in and started it up and we left the party.

After like 2 minutes of driving, she fell asleep. She really was tired. By the time we got back she was knocked out. I carried her bridal style back to her house. I reached in her purse for the house keys and I put her down on the couch. Then I saw her eyes flutter open.

"Hey Sarah" I greeted her.

"Stay with me Cam?" she asked.

"Of coarse" I said. Then she walked upstairs to change out of her swimsuit. I stood outside her door waiting for her. She came out of her room wearing an oversized tshirt an some cotton shorts. She turned on the tv in her room and motioned for me to come join her. She switched the channel to Nick and the 90s shows were on. These were my favorite!

I stepped into her room and made my way to her bed. I sat down next to her and pulled her into my chest. Now she was sitting in my lap an I was leaned against her wall. After a while she fell asleep and her head was in my lap. Then I lifted her up a little and laid down. Now she was laying on my chest. I played with her gorgeous dark hair a little and put my hand around hers. One of her hands was holding on to my shirt. Every now and then, she nuzzled her head against my chest. She was so adorable. After about 20 minutes I fell asleep too.

Ok was the chapter long or what?? Pleeaassee comment and thanks for reading!!! I think you guys are really gonna love Cameron and Sarah. An also is it weir that I used my name as the main character or what?? oopps
