Not Like the Other Guys (a Cameron Dallas fanfic)

Chapter 10

Sarah's pov

Cameron was so understanding and caring. I felt like a huge load was lifted from me when he told me that he would always be there for me. I was extremely happy and completely over my stupid dad.

I woke up and found myself laying on Cameron with my head on his chest. I sat up and stretched my arms out. Then, I carefully climbed off the bed so I wouldn't wake Cameron up.

I headed downstairs and decided to make breakfast. There was a note on the countertop from Cameron's mom.

'Cameron, I'm at work now, I'll be back for dinner. Love you, mom' the note read.

I could feel tears springing into my eyes. Cameron's family was perfect. A mom, a dad and they all loved each other. I quickly wiped my tears and looked in the fridge for some eggs. I found bacon and pancake mix and i began cooking. Then, I heard footsteps coming. Cameron!!

"Cameron? Is that you?" a deep groggy voice asked. And it wasn't Cameron. A tall man with dark hair walked down the stairs. He jumped at the sight of me.

"I'm so sorry!" I said apologetically. He laughed a little.

"It's nice to finally meet you Sarah" he said with relief. "Cameron's told me a lot about you" he said. And I blushed.

"Well it's nice to meet you too Mr. Dallas" I said sweetly.

"Oh, no" he laughed. "Call me Frank" he said casually.

"Alright Frank" I said laughing. "It's good to meet you. And I met your wife last night. She's very nice and everything" I said awkwardly and he laughed.

"Well Sarah, I have to go to work. But maybe I could meet your parents too over dinner" he asked hopefully. I looked at the ground hesitantly.

"Uuhh" I started. "My mom died a while ago. And my dad's off on a business trip, but he won't be back til the end of the summer, so it's just me" I told him.

"Well that's all right Sarah" he said understandingly. "You should stay for dinner" he said.

"That sounds like an awesome idea" I said. And he said bye and left.

By the time he left, I was finished making breakfast. I found some plates and set everything up and turned on the tv. I heard more footsteps. Hopefully not another unexpected family member.

"Cammy!!" I squealed excitedly. I ran over and jumped up on him.

"Hheey" he laughed surprised. "Morning babe" he said and we spun around by the couch. "I smell breakfast" he cooed.

Then, he picked me up bridal style and I squealed. He turned on the speakers in his living room and plugged my phone up. He tapped the song 400 Lux!! My favorite song!!!! I started singing the lyrics to him.

Cameron's pov

Sara's voice was actually really amazing. I almost melted right there in the kitchen. I stopped spinning and set her down on the countertop. He was still singing.

"You pick me up and take me home again! Head out the window again! We're hollow like the bottles that we drain!" she sang cupping my cheeks in her hand. She rolled my head around and ran her fingers through my hair.

The song ended and she wrapper her legs around my torso. She pushed my cheeks together and brushed her nose against mine.

"Cameron" she spoke in a serious tone. She smiled her gorgeous smile before going on.

"You make me feel....good" she said. "And safe and happy and beautiful and amazing" she said looking deep into my eyes.

"Sarah" I started. I held her waist and said "you make me feel happy and great and wonderful and protective" I told her. I liked this. Just saying our feelings.

She smiled even wider and more beautifully at my reaction.

"And I'm pretty sure I'm in love with you" she said bluntly. I smiled stupidly. It was a happy kind of stupid, cuz I was just so thrilled by the words that just came out of her mouth.

"I love you too Sarah" I said taking her hand and pulling her down the countertop.

"It's crazy, too cuz I literally just met you two days ago, but I feel like it's been forever that I've known you and I love being around you" she said excitedly.

"You make me feel like I don't even have to worry about anything. I just feel so....sure when I'm with you" I confessed. It was really hard trying to find the words to describe what I felt

"So are you hungry?" she asked, leading me back to the living room. "Cuz I made breakfast" she said.

"Yeah I'm starving and the smell of bacon woke me up" I admitted. And we sat down and ate.

Sarah's pov

I said it!!! I told Cameron that I loved him (sort of)!! And he loves me back!!! I feel like I could just float up to the sky!!!

We ate the breakfast I made and now we were just sitting there. But it wasn't awkward. We didn't have to be talking to each other to be happy. And it was nice.

"Do you wanna go somewhere?" he asked looking at me and smiling.

"Yeah" I said. "How about...."

"Six Flags!!" he finished excitedly.

"I love roller coasters!!!" I said, sharing his excitement. "But I need to get ready and stuff" I told him and he rolled his eyes sarcastically. I stood up off the couch.

"Ok" he said. "I'll be at your house in 20" he told me standing up too.

Then, he kissed me spontaneously. Sparks were definitely going off now. Electricity ran through me and I reached for the back of his head. He wrapped his arms around my waist and bit my lip slightly for permission. I parted my lips and let my tongue enter his mouth. His tongue then entered my mouth and started exploring around. He licked my teeth and the roof of my mouth. After like 3 straight minutes of making out, we pulled away.

I smiled sheepishly. My knees were weak from our previous actions and my face was burning.

"See you soon" he said and I walked out the door.
