What?!?!

Ashley's POV

I'm sitting waiting on a doctor from the Capitol that will be helping me with the baby, and Peeta's been worried. I can't say I blame him, because...I'm a little shaken too. This is the first appointment and Peeta is dying to talk to Dr.Fitz, I smiled watching my husband fiddle in his seat beside me.

"Peeta calm down...." I said softly. He looked over at me, his honey brown eyes searching mine.

"Its just...I'm nervous. I wanna know the sex, how far along you really are and-" I cut him off with a sweet kiss.

"Peeta....you probably won't be able to know the sex yet....and aren't I supposed to be the nervous one?" I asked with a laugh.

"I'm sorry...just...." he let out a sigh and kissed me again.

Now the doctors' visit is going and we learned I'm about a month and a half pregnant, but we can't know the sex yet.

"One more thing...." Dr.Fitz said before Peeta and I could leave. "Your having twins! Congratulations!" I couldn't believe my ears, twins!

"Could I see that paper again?" Peeta asked...I was in total shock and felt dizzy.

"What?!?!" Was all I could say before I hit the ground and darkness took me over.

Peeta's POV

I watched as Ashley hit the floor and my eyes open wide in shock looking back at the papers. We were having twins! I was extremely excited about that, but a little upset that my wife had just passed out.

"What do I do?" I asked the doctor frantically.

"Take her to your room, and bed rest." I smiled and thanked him before he left. I hung the ultrasound picture of Ashley's, mine...no, our babies on the wall in a frame. I smiled, I still can't believe that there is life growing inside Ash, that's a living part of me, something I helped create.....

I sat down on the bed beside Ashley and put my hand on her stomach. I smiled down and kissed her exposed stomach sweetly.

"Aw....Peeta...how sweet of a daddy are you?" Ashley's voice came rushing to my ears and my eyes shot to the clock. It had been two whole hours...I had lost track of time while holding Ash's stomach and smiling down at it like an idiot.

"Well obviously you remember we're having twins...." I said now smiling at her.

She smiled back and nodded, before bringing herself to a potion so she was sitting on me and pinning me to the bed while kissing me passionately.

Ashley's POV

I was so happy me and Peeta are having twins! I couldn't ask for more...but I wished these cravings for Peeta would die down a little....we have done this almost twenty times in the last month and don't get me wrong...I like it, I really do because...Peeta's my husband, I love him...and it feels, amazing! But, the only thing is...sometimes...Peeta tries to deny me, even though I wind up winning and Peeta gets more and more effectionent each time with the babies, I......feel as though I'm taking his right away...that make since?

"I'm sorry Peeta.....I love you." I whispered as my breathing hitched.

Peeta paused and kissed me passionately before whispering in my ear, "I love you, you have nothing to be sorry for...I love you so much Ashley....." his breathing was heavy along with mine and I decided to enjoy the rest of this night. I can't wait to talk Bree tomorrow.......
