Light in the dark

Chapter 3

Vader explained to Aedha that he needed to go to Mustafar. He had unfinished *business* to attend to.

She nodded and followed him out to his ship.

Vader instructed her to stay in the ship.

She merely nodded as he went off.

She spotted a shuttle landing. Padmé Amidala stepped out and ran into Vaders arms.

Aedha watched the scene from the ship and gasped seeing Obi Wan Kenobi walk down the platform.

She watched her master choke the senator.

Internally she was screaming to help her, but her eyes flashed yellow once more and she smirked.

She watched a battle progress with Obi Wan and Vader.

Suddenly in a flash Obi Wan was leaving Mustafar and Anakin was on the ground burning.

Aedha ordered a group of clone troopers to retrieve him.

The clones reached the ship and immediately brought Vader to the medic bay where he would under go his transformation.

Aedha showed no care. She only smirked.

"Did you get sizzled Master?" She said smirking.

Vader glared.

"Sizzled Vader. This is too good. Sizzle sizzle!" She said laughing heartlessly.

The ship flew to a Star Destroyer, outside of a work in progress weapon called The Death Star.

There began to process to make Vader....truly Vader.

Meanwhile, Clone Troopers, Rex and Fives had gotten the few Jedi to Safety. Obi Wan and Yoda met up with them.

The loss was great.

7 padawans
5 younglings
Jedi Master Shaak Ti

Were all that remained.

The Jedi Masters all sighed at this loss, but were at least glad to see a few younglings and padawans survived.

But there was an issue now.

Former Padawan Tano was not Darth Aedha, and working for Darth Vader.

This wouldn't end well.

"If I may, general, I believe I might have an idea." Rex cut in, holding the holo recorder from earlier.

After playing the grim footage, he explained the plan.

"If anyone can turn Aedha back to Ahsoka, I believe it's Senator Lux Bonteri. It was clear she had feelings for him-and that she returned them-if we could just contact him-" he began.

"I agree with Rex. I couldn't get through to Anakin. I don't know if anyone will ever be able to. However Ahsoka didn't do this on her own free will. I highly suspect Ana-Vader-had something to do with this. From that footage I could sense she wanted to resist. Therefore we need to set out to get Bonteri immediately. The longer she's on that side...the harder it will be to turn her back." Kenobi stated.

"Then, General, what's the plan?" Fives asked.

"So I'm thinking....."

Meanwhile, on the Star Destroyer, Vader woke up to be more machine than human.

This only fueled his anger more as he stormed to the window, glaring angrily and yet smugly at the work in progress Death Star.

Aedha stood by his side as they watched the construction of this devastating weapon.
