"Are you okay?" Aisha asked Ibrahim after his long proposal

"What do you mean" he said still on his kneels

"I mean are you okay? Are you sure you are okay? What do you mean you want me to be your future wife?" She said

"I will understand if you had stopped at telling me how amazing and wonderful I have been to you, but you shouldn't have gone to the being your wife part. You ruined the whole thing by saying that" she added

"What?" He said now standing up

"What are we doing then? All the phone calls? The being there for each other."

"Ibrahim You are just a really good friend to me. At first I thought we would be something but I dont see us like that anymore"

"What? A friend? Are you serious Aisha? Seriously?" He said all in one sentence

"I love you Aisha. I have always loved you and I will always love you. You are the first girl I have ever felt this way about. And you tell me I am just a friend to you?"

"Well took you long enough" she said smiling

"What do you mean took me long enough?"

"Took you long enough to tell me you actually love me" she said trying to hold her laughter at how funny his face was looking

"Aisha you were joking?" He said stuttering

"Yes! I was just joking" she replied him

"Oh my God I almost ran crazy Aisha. Dont ever joke with me like that again" he said getting relieved

"I wont but I wont promise you." She said smiling

"So? Does that mean you accept my proposal?" He asked curiously

"Yes Ibrahim Muazzam I accept your proposal"

"Oh Allah I am so happy right now Aisha. You have no idea how happy I am" he said and he saw her walking backwards.

"What is it? Why are you walking backwards?"he asked

"I love you too Ibrahim" she said before she ran away leaving the garden

"Well it took you long enough too" he said to himself grinning

The lefe team got back last night and they we already preparing to take the kayan lefe today for there was no enough time. Her mother suggested they took the gifts to babban baba's house as a sign of respect because he stands as her father. Maryam was not going to be there because its a tradition for the bride not to be at the house the gifts were taken to.

They got there and there were also alot of Maryam's relatives there at Babban baba's house waiting to collect the gifts on behalf of Maryam. They were welcomed into a very big parlor that could contain almost a hundred people before they greeted each other and proceeded

"We are here with Maryam's Wedding gifts. Here is a list of everything we got for her" anti jamilah said handing over the paper to Anti Hasiya(babban baba's wife).

They opened the bags and started looking. Women were rushing to look inside the bags to see the number of things brought some were rushing to see the quality and type. Some were only bothered about how many set of Gold was there. Some of Maryam's friends were busy snapping the gifts with their phones and posting them on social media. After everything, food was served to the those that brought the gifts.
