"Let's just get this over with," grumbled Damian.
"Whatever you say demon spawn," said Jason. Jason dragged Damian into a store. Damian looked around, but all the jackets were all for adults.
"Todd none of these jackets are my size," said Damian.
"Don't worry, I took into consideration that your short."
"Once again Todd, I haven't fully blossomed yet," said Damian.
"Keep telling yourself that demon."
"Anyway, come here," said Jason, dragging Damian into another section.
There was a sign that said
Kiddy Clothes, For All Little Kids 5 Plus
"Don't worry, they got a little kiddy section for all you little kids," said Jason, tauntingly.
"Just shut up Todd," grumbled Damian.
As soon as he walked in, he saw a jacket in the corner of his eye. It looked a lot like red hood's.
"Perfect," said Jason, getting the jacket.
Damian put it on and it fit him nicely. After they bought it, they decided to get some food.
"What do you wanna eat demon," said Jason.
"I'm still thinking, what are you going to eat?" asked Damian.
"I'm gonna get a burger and some fries," said Jason.
"Your seriously having one of those Todd," said Damian.
"Yah, there so good demon, don't tell me you haven't had one yet?"
"Of course not, I would never let myself come in contact with one of those," said Damian.
"Ok, I'll go get my burger while you decide what you want. Are you sure you don't want one?" asked Jason.
"No."
"Fine, whatever you say demon spawn," said Jason with a smirk. Damian was thinking about what to get, something with a low amount of calories because he needed to stay in shape. Suddenly Jason came back.
"That was quick, why do you have two burgers?" asked Damian.
"Duh, ones for you demon spawn,"
"I don't want your filthy peasant food,"
"Just take one bite,"
"No."
"Yes."
"No."
"Yes."
"Fine," said Damian, defeated. He took a small bite out of it.
"It tastes, actually pretty nice," said Damian, surprised. When he was in the league, he never ate food for the taste. He was only given healthy food, never anything greasy like the burger.
"Told ya," said Jason. They finished the rest of their lunch in peace. Damian savored every bit that he could. Food had never tasted so good.
"Ok demon, wanna go for some ice-scream," said Jason.
"Ice-scream?"
"Don't tell me, you've never had ice scream too," Jason said, sarcastically.
Damian shook his head saying no.
Jason's jaw dropped.
"No way demon spawn, we are going right now."
"I don't need anymore of your calories induced foods to make me feel better," said Damian, trying to get away.
"Oh no you don't," said Jason. He grabbed Damian's hands, slinging him around his back in a piggy-back sort of way. He carried Damian to the ice-scream shop.
"Put me down Todd, this is embarrassing," said Damian. Many people were staring at them.
Jason smirked.
"No way in hell, demon spawn," said Jason. More and more people were looking their way. Damian could have escaped, but he would just cause a scene and he did not want to attract attention.
"There are about 100 ways I get out of this Todd," said Damian.
"Your lucky I don't want to risk our identities," continued Damian. Jason just pretended to not be listening.
"Just put me down Todd!"
"Never," said Jason laughing.
Damian managed to smile, it was kind of fun on his brothers back.
They finally arrived at the ice-scream store. Jason put Damian down.
"That was not a pleasant experience Todd," said Damian.
"Come on, who doesn't love piggy-back rides," said Jason.
Damian glared at a smirking Jason.
"So what flavor do you want demon," said Jason.
"Fine, I'll have mint chocolate chip,"said Damian.
"Ok, one mint chocolate chip and one cookie dough," said Jason to the cashier. They got their ice screams at sat down.
"Ok, I wanna see your reaction," said Jason.
Damian slowly brought the ice-scream to his mouth and took a tiny lick. His eyes lit up with pure joy and he took another lick. The way it was cool and melted on his tongue made him want more and more. He was finished with his scoop in a minute. On the other hand, Jason was halfway through.
"Woah demon, did you like the ice-scream," said Jason.
"Yes, it was most enjoyable," said Damian.
"Awwwww, does the killer assassin  have a soft spot for ice-scream," said Jason, tauntingly.
"Shut up Todd... and thank you,"
"Could you please repeat that last part."
"Thank you."
"I'm sorry, I still couldn't here you demon."
"Don't push your luck Todd."
