The day started with sunlight streaming into the room. (Jerome forgot to close goddamn the blinds.) the day also started with someone bloody jumping onto my bed and poking me in the cheek.

I groaned and opened my eyes to see Jerome laying next to me, his head propped up by a hand.

"Morning beautiful." He snickered. I rolled my eyes and buried my face into the pillow.

"C'mon don't be like that." I could hear the frown in his voice. "You're being so different from last night."

Oops.

"From what I remember after killing innocent people, all you wanted to do was have a little cuddle in my bed."

Silence.

"I said I wanted to postpone that till a later time," he breathed. His hot breath tickled my ear.

I felt an arm tug round my waist and the next thing I knew, Jerome rolled me over to face him.

"So, I'll say it again, morning beautiful." There was a certain growl in his voice and I couldn't help but smile and give in.

"Morning J." I sighed, I looped an arm round his neck and he moved closer to me. Jerome stretched one arm across the pillows above our heads, while his other was clinging onto my waist.

"How was yesterday? I forgot to ask." He murmured between planting kisses all over my face. A slight blush grew on my cheeks and I smiled.

"Thrilling." The lone word escaped my mouth. It was only just the beginning to describing how fantastic being out of Arkham felt. Especially being out of Arkham and slaughtering citizens.

"I was so bored when you were gone." Jerome hummed before quickly flipping me over. I suddenly found myself straddling his waist.

"How are you bored already?" I placed a hand on his cotton covered chest. His hands found my waist and planted themselves there.

"Cause you've not been with me at all times." Jerome said innocently, looking up at me with puppy eyes. I smiled and leant down. My dark brown hair tickled his cheek.

"Well I will be from now on." I whispered before my lips smashed against his.

As per usual, something interrupted it. This time, it was a loud banging against the door.

I heard an unimpressed groan in Jerome's mouth. Removing my lips from his, I rolled off the bed and pranced to the door.

It swung open to reveal Galavan himself stood there in yet another fancy suit. (I guess it was his thing.)

"Morning Georgia, hope I didn't interrupt anything." Galavan said, a slight smirk showed. He brushed past me. I slammed the door shut and turned to see Galavan stood in the middle of the room, drawing all the attention to himself.

"We made the papers." He announced, pulling a folded newspaper from under his arm. It unfolded to show a photo of me holding a knife against that rich bitch's throat. The quality was awful so it obviously had been taken from the security camera footage.

"Great work Georgia." Galavan said to me. I smirked. The headline read:

'Mass murderer, Georgia Fishwick, aids Maniax in terroring Gotham'

It wasn't exactly the catchiest headline but at least I got the publicity. That was all we wanted.

You wanted a little blood too.

Yeah. I wanted blood. But that didn't hurt anyone... well.

"When's our stunt then?" Jerome's voice tugged me away from my thoughts. I glanced over at him to see that he was still in my bed but now he was comically holding the covers up past his chest. As if he had anything to hide.

Which reminded me that I was wearing one of Jerome's t-shirts and my underwear. In front of my boss.

Eh.

Who cared?

"Just wait Jerome, your time will come soon." Galavan replied, folding the newspaper again and tucking it under his arm. Jerome frowned.

"But I'm bored!" He whined and I smirked smugly. It was too funny.

"You've got little Georgia here, isn't she enough?" Galavan asked and he looked an arm round my waist. I frowned a little.

"Yeah. Georgy is enough. Now back off." Jerome growled, letting the covers drop. His eyes were unmistakably dangerous and threatening.

Galavan laughed and detached himself from my side. He left the room sniggering. The door shut behind him quietly.

Jerome leapt out the bed and strode towards me. I watched as he came close.

His stride was more of a saunter, it was similar to Galavan's walk. Except Jerome didn't need to ask for all of the attention, he already had it.

His large, smooth hands planted themselves on my hips. His devilish eyes locked with mine. His jaw practically popped it was so visible.

"Don't you dare try to make me jealous." Jerome stated, his voice was dark and slightly deeper than usual. My lips curled into a smile. I slung my arms round his shoulders. Jerome helped me hop up and he held my thighs, which were wrapped round his waist.

"J, you know I don't try. I achieve." I whispered and cocked my head to the side playfully.

"Yeah and I'll achieve with making you jealous. Or envious. Or just needy." His voice was husky and breath was hot. It warmed my cool skin.

My lil' psycho was driving me crazy.

Haha. Get it?

Poor joke, doll face.

"You're the jealous one, sweetie." I sneered. The passive aggressive argument was actually entertaining.

"And I'm the boss." He rested his forehead against mine. "I decide what goes on in here. Ya catch my drift?"

Damn.

I got his drift alright.

"Course I getcha, J." I murmured, dying to carry on with what had been ruined by Galavan interrupting us.

"Hmm. Good." His lips grazed mine, only slightly.

"You wanna carry on with what was rudely interrupted?" I hushed and Jerome smiled to himself.

"Of course I do, but I'm in charge doll face," he stopped smiling to let our lips graze once again. I let my bottom lip fall forward.

"Can we? Pretty please."

"Anything for my princess." He murmured before I indulged myself in his affection and kisses.
