Extinction Night (Call of Duty Ghosts)

What to do now?

The aliens then fled away moments later, Jacob then landed the chopper back onto the ground and we wasn't too happy to see him, he never showed up when we needed him the most.

'Where the fuck have you been?!' I yelled into Jacob's face, right now he didn't feel like my own brother.

'We tried to contact you, for fucking ages!' yelled David.

'We had certain problems!' Jacob yelled back at us.

'What goddamn problems?!' asked Flow with anger in her voice, and giving him a dirty look.

Jacob wanted to get to the point but no one would let him speak a word.

'Look we have bigger problems here!' yelled Jacob, acting like his lateness wasn't important.

'We don't have time for this shit! The creatures will be back!' I shouted to everyone

 'Look his right, we have bigger problems' said Jacob.

'Yeah we do, where the fuck were you?!' yelled David.

He was right, we needed to get it together, I then grabbed the drill and gave it to Jacob to fix it, Me and the others thought of a new plan while Jacob was fixing the drill, we had to set up a defence around the area, the defence needed to be strong and we needed to be quick.

We all rushed towards the drill and took it back to the chopper, everyone still kept giving Jacob a dirty look including myself, more aliens then appeared and we defended ourselves until Jacob got the drill working again, Flow got onto the Gatling gun, and the rest of us used our rifles but we was running low on ammo.

'Get that motherfucking drill fixed!' David yelled furiously at Jacob.

'Give me five more minutes!' Jacob yelled back.

'Nothing ever takes fucking five minutes!' I yelled out.

After about twenty minutes Flow ran out of ammo for the Gatling gun and Charlie was also out of ammo, only me and David had one magazine each left, so we had to make every shot count. The aliens then charged at us, just as I was about to pull my trigger the chopper started up, Jacob ordered all of us to get in, we all jumped into the chopper and took off from the ground, Jacob then took us two miles away from the aliens.

'That hill looks good, I'll land there' Jacob said to himself.

As Jacob landed on a small hill everyone got up from their seats and grabbed Jacob and pulled him out of the cockpit, they all threw him out of the chopper and started to punch him, I jumped in to stop them but Charlie pushed me away and punched me in the face, I fell to the ground, in a daze I saw them to continue to beat up Jacob.

After I woke up I saw Jacob laying on the floor, battered and covered in his own blood, my head was pounding, I couldn't stand up, so I crawled towards Jacob, the closer I got to him I wondered where the others went. "Are they gone?" Jacob asked me with a tear falling down his cheek, I couldn't see them and I also noticed the chopper was gone, they left us behind, no guns, no food or water and Jacob is injured, 'What to do now?' I asked myself. 

I tried to stand the best I could and slowly limped around for anything that could help Jacob's injuries, they took everything, we both had serious injuries, no weapons, no equipment and no hope.

'Were fucked!' I yelled out loud, I then limped over to Jacob and helped him up on his feet, I looked along into the distance and saw the creatures heading our way, 'We need to hide' I said to Jacob as I carried him on my back, this was nothing like training I needed to use my head to survive, I saw a small cave and headed towards it, I decided to put Jacob down and drag him to the cave, 'Leave me Dwayne' said Jacob. 

"I won't leave you here, no one gets left behind!" I yelled, we got closer to the cave, I picked up my pace, I felt tired and struggled to move any faster, and the aliens were getting closer by the minute.

We finally made it to the cave, as I laid Jacob down the aliens ran past the cave entrance, I prayed for our safety, I then found a flare beside me, 'That's lucky' I said being surprised. I was ready to light the flare but Jacob stopped me, 'It could come in handy later brother' I then put the flare away and sat quietly until it was safe to leave.

An hour past until we decided to leave the small cave, Jacob was able to walk so we checked to see if it was safe enough to move on, we headed back to the town when I wanted to know how I found a flare inside the cave, as I looked back into the cave I grabbed my torch and had a better look, when something shocked me, 'Holy fuck!' I yelled out 'What happened!' Jacob yelled back hoping I wasn't hurt. 'It's another marine' I said to Jacob we were both stunned. He was in very bad shape, his face was shredded, it was impossible to identify him, he didn't look like he was killed long ago, and it looked like he suffered, 'Do you think he's from the Alpha  team?' I asked Jacob hoping he would know the answer.

'He was a ghost, his mask' Jacob pointed at the marine's ghost mask, 'Holy shit' I was surprised to see one of our own is a place worse then hell.

'He must of been one of the Alpha team' said Jacob.

'But why is he on his own? Where is the rest of Alpha squad?' I asked, Jacob just had confusion on his face, I then grabbed the ghost mask and put it in one of my pocket, and then checked to see if it's safe to leave the cave.

'It's safe but we should stay here until you can walk on your own feet' Jacob then laid down on the hard ground and rested while I stood watch.
