Depression.
What is depression?
Many people think it's a state of sadness and crying.
It's not always the case.
It's usually the feeling of not wanting to get out of bed, to talk to people even your family and best friends. You refuse all offers to go out and have fun.

It's the feeling of uselessness.
Of burden.
Of defeat.
Of Rejection.

Depression is like a person in black always reminding you of your flaws.
From the second you wake up, she tells you to stay home and avoid interactions. To the moment you sleep and she keeps lying about yourself as you're not good enough or how annoying you might be.

It's never easy to overcome depression. However, we have to try and try and try again.
Never let these feelings get to you and break you apart.
Don't let go and keep going.
Move on from the past and don't fear the future.
A quote that i always remembered from "kong fu panda" : Yesterday is a History.. Tomorrow is a Mystery..
And today is a gift. That's why we call it 'present'.
Don't worry about useless things that are far away in the future.
Take that opportunity to meet new people, try new dishes, discover new places.
Express yourself with any means possible and find a way to face your depression once and for all.
Open your eyes. See the light.
