Why?
Just explain why.
Why do professors always assume girls like makeup and guys like football?
Why does school never teach us the way of Life?
Why do teaches never tell us about the brutality of the outside world?
Why do mentors never warn us about the serious damage that can be caused with an insignificant word?
Why are we never told about the real reasons behind a child's suicide?
Why do we never learn about the lives of all those scientists and philosophers that went thought hell, because of tiny things like their sexuality or gender? Or because of a curious mind with an idea that could bring a difference to this world?
Why do we always have to find out the hard way?
The way of pain and tears.
When we actually go through all of the labels, the bullying, the hatred, the sexism and so much more?
We could've at least had a tiny piece of advice or a simple warning.
It just came all at once, like a winter storm.
The looks made it hard to breathe, like a trap of thick snow.
The words were like knives as they played with our life.
The expectations of a broken society made us shatter and shake.
Men are considered superior to women, not to mention all other gender identities.
Light skin is considered superior to darker skin tones.
Heterosexuality is considered superior to all other sexualities.
But why?
Will we live long enough to see the world finally learn to accept without boundaries?
Will we see, for at least once, a dark skinned lesbian woman, as a normal person? As an equal?
When will all those considered inferior, ever feel like a privileged human?
When will only love and light rise above the aches of broken social rules?
When?
Will I live long enough?

Short chapter but school is back and you know the drill, BUT i already worked on an amazing one and it will be up next month. Also i might not be able to update so very often my other book " Dead Souls Only tell Fairytales" since it takes more time and planning because i'd be creating new characters every 1-2 chapters..
On another note, hope y'all have a great Back To School!
Until the next adventure...
