"Vanessa get up, Chris is coming today!", my mom yells throwing a pillow at me.
"Yay!!!", I squeal running out of bed and into the bathroom.
Chris has been one of my bestfriends since elementary but he transferred to a school in Florida last year, so he flies back here for my birthday every year.

Once I enter the bathroom, I turn on the shower and begin to strip down and step in. After my shower, i get dressed.

Then, I brush my teeth and fix my hair. I spray some perfume on and then I hear the doorbell.
"I GOT ITTTT", I squeal.
I open the door revealing Mario, Weston, and Zach.
"Oh, it's just you guys", I sigh.
"Nice to see you too", Zach says in his woman voice.
"Come in", my mom says rushing over.
"mom, Chris is gonna be here any minute", I whisper.
"Well then I guess your friends will get to meet him", she mumbles guiding them to the living room.
"So, what did you guys need?", I ask getting to the point.
"Vanessa Valeria Hernandez Cruz, Calmate!", my mom says overhearing me.
"What's up with you", Zach asks in a friendly way. (not the jerk kind sheeshhh)
"Nothing, I'm fine, what did you need?", I ask impatientally waiting for Chris.
"You've been acting different lately, did we do something", Mario asks.
"No, I'm fine, infact to prove it, you're all invited to my birthday bash tommorow, I'll send you text you the invitation", I blurt.
"Oh perfect!", my mom smiles happily.
"I like parties", Weston says dancing.
"Weston, just...no", we all tell him.
The doorbell rings.
"CHRIS!", I squeal as I see my mom open the door for him.
I run over and give him a long hug.
*Mario's P.O.V* (Thinking; I don't know who that Chris guy is, but I don't like him, why was she hugging him for so long? he's not even good looking)
"Hey, I'm Chris", he says shaking my hand.
Strong grip.... Deep voice.... (Jesus puberty truck where you at????)
(I don't care who he is, he needs to stay away from Vanessa) ~~
