Kensi's POV

"Have I met you before?" Anton asked

Yes he had. I questioned him as a suspect many years ago. I had to get out of there. I really should have brought Deeks with me.

I was at a loss for words, completely frozen and unable to think of something smart to say that would make him forget

"I know," he said. I slowly reached for my gun

"Did you use to train at the gym on Lincoln street?"

I didn't but I was going to go along with it anyway

"Uhm...I'm pretty sure I did,"

"Yes you did! You're Elena...I was your trainer...man you weighed like 200 pounds...you look good,"

I let out a breath of air that I didn't know I was holding. Phew! I was safe for now. I still had to get out of there.

"It was lovely to meet you. I better get home to check on Damon. I'll see you around," I got out of there as quick as possible and I practically ran home. When I got inside I just banged my head against the door

"Did it go that badly?" I heard Deeks ask

I turned around to face him. He looked much better than this morning. He was giving me a cheeky grin but that quickly disappeared when I turned around. He obviously saw through my brave facade

"What happened?" He asked quite firmly

"I met the son in law, Anton... I've met him before...I interrogated him as a suspect a couple of years ago...he recognised me... but not from that, from a gym,"

"You better stay away from him,"

"I was planning on it. I can't have my cover blown so far into this,"

"By the way Henry came around to invite us to a neighbourhood barbecue," Deeks yawned

"Sounds like fun," I replied

***

After our plans to go to the neighbourhood barbecue were cancelled due to a storm Deeks and I decided to report to the team and then watch movies for the rest of the evening.

It was 7pm and by now we had watched Titanic and Die hard which were our favourite movies

"Do you want to play truth or dare?" Deeks asked

"Uhm...okay," I replied, "You go first," I said as Deeks moved to sit beside me with his legs crossed

"Truth or dare?" Deeks asked

"Dare," I replied confidently. As soon as the word left my mouth an evil grin appeared on Deeks face

"Stand outside for two minutes," he said grinning from ear to ear

I let out a huge sigh, got up and headed outside.

The rain was freezing but I stood there for two minutes. When the time was up Deeks greeted me with a warm towel, dry clothes and a warm blanket.

After I dried off and got warm we continued to play

"Truth or dare?"

"Dare,"

I couldn't think of anything but I wanted pay back for having to stand outside

"Run around outside for a minute ...with nothing but ... your underwear on,"

Deeks let out a laugh

"Just admit it you want to see me naked," Deeks grinned

"In your dreams Deeks,"

He got up and stripped down to his underwear and I couldn't help but admire his physical features. He had broad shoulders, strong legs and a gorgeous smooth looking stomach which was home to a six pack

"It's rude to stare Kensi," he grinned

"Just get outside," I said rather embarrassed that he caught me staring at him

When his minute was done I greeted him just like he had me, with a warm towel, dry clothes and a blanket.

"No more water dares," Deeks exclaimed

"Agreed," I replied laughing

"Truth or dare?"

"Dare," I replied. Yet again a cheeky grin appeared across his face. He slowly moved his face towards me and he whispered in my ear "kiss me," the feeling of his warm breath against my ear made the hairs on my neck rise.

I could feel my face turning red

I wrapped my arms around his neck and he placed his on the small of my back. His touch felt so good, it was a feeling that I instantly craved and just like that I was addicted

We slowly moved towards each other, our noses touching.

But before our lips could connect we were interrupted by a call, my hands slid down his shoulders and onto my lap

"I guess you have to take that," Deeks said sounding disappointed, however he didn't back away our noses were still touching and he didn't break eye contact

"Yeah," I sighed

"Next time," he winked and then left the room.
