Valerie's POV

        Way too early in the morning I was ready for my audition. My hands sweating and my heart accelerating each time the long hand moves on the clock. I was in my ballet tights and my hair was pulled in a neat bun, Legolas fell asleep on the couch but I knew he did that on purpose so he could let me sleep on the bed. My mind was focused on my audition, I did the same routine and the same song everyday it is the song my grandmother taught me before she passed away. I would always dance to Enya but as each year came I wasn't good enough. 

"Good morning Valerie." Legolas greeted me startling me making me fall of the bed. "Ouch!" in an instant Legolas was beside me "Are you okay?" he asked me as he helped me up, I blushed as I noticed that he wasn't wearing any shirt. Seriously? What is up with him and being shirtless because if men in his world looked like him and would always be shirtless I think I would die. My cheeks began turning red as he pulled me up to stand "Today is the audition." I said nervously "Yes, I am excited to see you dance." he said with a dimple smile that just made me melt. Legolas was attractive but as I said he was from a different world, it would never work out. 

There was silence between us as we just stared at each other but then I snapped back to what I was doing "You should get ready Legolas while I go wake Skylar." I said awkwardly as I turned around not taking another glance towards the Elf that was in my room.

        "You can do this Val, just remember your routines." Skylar cheered me up as she was squeezing my shoulders. We were already inside the theater with other dancers and I was a nervous wreck, I couldn't help but look at Legolas who was sitting beside me as our eyes met he gave me a soft smile and winked. I was totally nervous especially with Stacey in the room who was in sparkling tights and looked stunning as always while I was just in a plain black tights. 

"Valerie Greene." the judge called out, Skylar and Legolas gave me hug before I made my way towards the stage I was waiting for the enya song to play but no music was being played the technician came out saying "Sorry Ms.Greene but your CD can't play-- for some reason the file is corrupt." as the technician said that Stacey and her group started laughing. I knew it was Stacey who corrupted my file because that's what they did to Jasmine last year and now Jasmine was not with us because of depression. The judges looked annoyed and one of them said "You have one minute to fix this problem or you are disqualified." I ran off stage and towards Skylar and Legolas who was walking towards me.

"What am I gonna do Sky!? I am totally screwed!" I said in a panic voice while I ran my hand through my hair stress-fully. "Look! Look at me Val! I have only one track on my phone which is clarity by Zedd, You have to dance this!" Skylar said to me as she held up her phone "But I didn't practice!" I butted in then she looked at Legolas and said "You convince Val here while I go talk to the technician." Legolas nodded and looked at me with concern. "You can do this Valerie," he encouraged "I can't Legolas I don't know the song and I haven't practiced!" I whined but then Legolas put his hands on my shoulders. 

"Valerie I believe you can do this, You are so passionate about this. Dance with your heart you even said you have been dancing the song for how many years but this year put that Valerie behind and bring out a new one... if you can't do it for yourself then at least do it for me Valerie." he said as he took off my neat bun and let my long hair run down my back, he smiled and put a strand of hair behind my ear "Put your hair like this... you look beautiful." I couldn't help but look closely at him, it was like an enchantment cast upon me like magic. "You can do it Valerie I will be here for you." he said once again as he pressed his lips on my hand which made me blush like hell.
